Staff very friendly and helpful 5* Good communication. Payments are swift. The only downside is the online form which can be a little clunky. Recommended.

after my initial application for a cash benefit plan was "lost" online because of technical difficulties, Sara was quick to respond providing me with a hard copy application form which he then processed and backdated to my initial application.

Happy with the prompt service for increasing my service level. However I was initially told the claim could be made 6 months after the service date, when the paperwork states 3 (which is what I understood anyway).

great communication, really quick to get back to me with my enquiry. I would have given 5 stars if all comms could have been electronic. Having to complete a printed off copy of a change form should not be necessary with today's technology.

Great service, well designed, with quick service responses, my only gripe is the difficulty of figuring out what I have claimed on and when. Specifically, I feel there should be a page where I can see my current levels of each claim.

They made me happy by paying my insurance claim. The six months in which we have to make a claim is great. The person whom dealt with my claim was very kind and patient. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

Submitted my claim had an email informing me my claim had been unsuccessful as yes the health care had received my receipt but my name was not visible. So without delay I resent the relevant receipt clearly showing my name to Deborah, within an hour had an email to say it had now been resolved the money would be in my bank within 5 days. Thank you Deborah

This is a fantastic service it's just a pity the online portal doesn't work! I've tried on numerous occasions to upload a jpeg file and it says invalid format then converted the jpeg to a pdf format and still won't accept the upload. This needs sorting as otherwise a very good service when phoning customer serbices the lady was able to help me sort my refund really quickly. I usually receive within a couple of weeks. Sometimes in less time than that

Deborah extremely helpful responding to my query re an apparently unprocessed claim. Quick and efficient with a followup email afterwards. She explained about the backlog of emails (I was still awaiting a reply to two emails). Would be Five Stars, if only UK Healthcare could find a way, when responding to claims submitted, to give the Heading of the claim as well as giving it a number (eg Osteopathy, Chiropody etc). Would make keeping track of our various submissions much easier

I rang to check something about my claim and whilst on the phone the advisor completed my claim which I was very grateful for. All I would say is that when you reply to an email you should get an automated response to acknowledge receipt. If I’d had that then I wouldn’t have even needed to call
