Replying back from my email was very quick and updated me on any extra information that was needed for my claim. Money goes back into account within 3 to 4 days. Great customer service.

Outstanding Service I have just been enrolled as part of a company scheme. Sent a claim form for Optical reasons, processed within 15 mins...e mail back confirming payment. Also before hand I upgraded my package to include my family and my telephone queries were answered fully in a clear and professional manner.. Impressive so far

Whist the payment of any claims usually happens quite quickly I think that the claim form is clumsy and I think there should be an immediate email confirmation that the claim has been received with another email when payment has been made, rather than having to check my bank account to see whether payment has been made. I also spent over an hour ones unsuccessfully trying to submit a claim, eventually ringing the help line who then told me that it was temporarily unable to receive on line claims due to a technical hitch - very frustrating! Phone and email response from the helpline has been good when contacted.

Great help from Andrew Bevin, I made my 1st ever claim on my dental plan amd Andrew advised that the documents I submitted didn't provide the right info and I asked him to clarify what I need and he told me what to ask the dentist for and email it back to him. I got the right documents from my dentist this morning and forwarded it to Andrew, a couple of hours later he responded to say my claim had been processed and I would receive the payment in 3 - 5 days. Thanks Andrew

I have always claimed for my dental treatment very quickly and smoothly but this last time of claiming they haven't processed it as the receipt from my dentist doesn't have my name on it. A card machine receipt doesn't have my name on it. The claim form sent with the receipt clearly states my name and details of the treatment received completed by the dental receptionist. I don't understand why it's a problem this time. The receipt marries up to the details date, amount claimed etc. Just don't understand.
