“I love the fact that you can claim back the cost of annual family health expenses and the process is really easy. The refund is back in your account within 48 hours. I have increased my cover to level 3 and the fact that my children get the same level of cover is great. I also opted to add on my husband. As a family we have benefited from dental, optician, acupuncture, prescription costs and hospital day case.”

“I have had help and reassurance from various Customer Care Coordinators over the years. Telephone always answered promptly and in friendly tones. Online claims are promptly acknowledged followed by timely payments. Should a problem arise they happily help clarify and sort it with me. Thank you”
