I feel cheated by this company. There is no point of paying any premiums when you can’t even claim the simplest amount for dental services. What is the point for having a dental insurance policy when you can’t even claim. Is this for reaping people off and making money out of ordinary people who are struggling to make ends meet?

A rather protracted delay (3/4 business days) between completing on-line application and receiving any form of acknowledgement. Interim calls to provider to see if application had been registered also drew a blank response.

Declined claim due to date error on their system, for two consecutive claims. No apology and had to chase them for updates as response time very slow. Eventually paid out but only after chasing them. Service has gone downhill, was not this bad before!

Although I am still going through a dispute, through no fault of UK healthcare or my own, the team have been efficient so far at responding and escalating my claim. Mark has been helpful so far in providing me with clear response at each stage of the process.
