Everyone I deal with at UK Healthcare is very helpful. The response from any emails is always quick and the product itself is brilliant, such a benefit to our staff at a very reasonable cost.

Not at all happy that I have been paying this subscription for nearly a year and you have used Covid as a caveat to stop me making a legitimate claim. It is NOT my fault that because of Covid my dentist closed down and I have had to wait to be seen by another dentist. That your policies are so rigid with no flexibility to account for an unprecedented situation such as Covid. Extending to 24 months is of no use to me when my practice closed down. So will you refund me the payments I have made? As I shall now be cancelling this ridiculous policy as its actually cost me more than seeing a dentist. Dont bother with this policy no flexibility at all AND NO REFUND OFFERED EITHER
