I had issues with adding my claim online and when emailing staff they don't get back to you quick enough. As they work Monday to Friday it's quite difficult to get resultions before Friday and the query then extends to another week.

I originally had a complaint due to a lack of clarity on both sides. I spoke to a lady by the name of Deborah who within a couple of hours had sorted my problem and got back to me. First rate Lady, you are lucky to have her. My thanks to her.

Put in a claim for recent physiotheraphy treatment and within 24 hrs got an email back to say it was being processed and money would be in my account within a few days, Also emailed one of the team regarding adding my children to my policy and again it was responded to and actioned within minutes. Very good service

Not answering emails promptly, regarding refunding money they owe me, difficult to get hold of , emails do not have company name on so hard to find them, especially historic ones. I could say more but will wait to see If they get better before I go in hard.
