“Total joke to get a claim paid. You fill in the form and send your bill showing every bit of information and they require and they reject the claim saying they don't have enough information. Happens every single time that I try to claim.”

“I sent of my claim on Tuesday about a stay in HOSPITAL she found out were the mistake was made and I sent in a new form it was hospital fault on 1 of papers it said I was discharged same day but I had had a total kneereplacement and it showed the date I was discharged on the ladies name was Funmilola Alonge and I found her very nice and easy to deal with”
