“Andrew (the advisor) was very helpful and his response was very prompt. He asked me to e-mail him the receipt as it wasn't uploaded on the website and once he received it he replied and resubmitted my claim within less than hour. Thank you very much Andrew! Excellent customer support service!”

“My claim was responded to very quickly. Further information was requested and upon receipt I was notified the claim was successful and payment authorised. This was all done in 24 hours. Very efficient polite service”

“Surprised how affordable an NHS plan is, saved me literal hundreds on dental procedures. Customer service is excellent. During my sign up period and first submission I had a few issues with documentation, Carl was patient with me and very informative with responses over email. Overall top quality service.”
