Mark answered all my questions on the phone politely and efficiently. The one question he needed to check before responding was responded to by email within minutes of the call ending. Very happy with today’s call.

I have always had a very stressful time claiming from my policy. I have always sent receipts with my claims and always had queries even tho it’s from the same dentist. I’m beginning to think it would be easier saving up. I dont know whether your programme would be be better updated

great communication, really quick to get back to me with my enquiry. I would have given 5 stars if all comms could have been electronic. Having to complete a printed off copy of a change form should not be necessary with today's technology.

I emailed requesting a hard copy if T&C's to be posted to my home address as I do not have facilities to print them off I wanted a hard copy so I could read them closely and always have a copy. All I received was an email with the T&Cs attached. Not what I wanted hence the one star review

Deborah was great in sorting my claim out over the phone It's just a pity the previous 2 agents I spoke to were no help whatsoever. I give 5 stars based on Feborah service but find the online claims process very poor
