Customer service is shocking slow at responding to emails, not one claim or request happens first time, it really feels that they stalling to paying at every occasion.

Dreadful You can’t access your claims history and without that knowledge you are liable to be unsuccessful because you may need to wait until the policy renews itself This lack of transparency has cost me £200 - if I had waited 2 months - I would have been successful . UK healthcare - does NOT make it clear that they have a rolling programme and it was certainly not stated on my introductory letter All that was clearly printed - was my policy start date I have submitted a complaint and they haven’t even acknowledged it AWFUL

Not the best service. I emailed a claim over a week ago. No confirmation emails, no notifications, no return emails.

What can I say about the uk healthcare customers service , well it would have been a zero after dealing with a customer care provider who assured me she would take care of my wee issues, unfortunately this did not happen, but in steps Funmilola Alonge Customer Service Advisor and she was so helpful and did exactly what she do , and the five stars are for Funmilola
