These people are fraud and thieves.. they never pay you they always have excuses.. ooh this is not NHS why would someone go pay for a policy in the beginning they will tell you it's private and NHS and when you claim it's not private it's so confusing .. first it's not possible to get emergency for NHS You have to wait for long time . They are so frustrating ..I would not advise anyone to join this .. find a private policy which includes NHS otherwise there is no point joining this ppl ..

I put in a claim for the cost of a prescription and the full claim was not paid because they had not updated the cost of an nhs prescription

My dentist took it upon themselves to send the claim form directly. The form has my name the date of treatment and the amount paid. The form was stamped with surgery’s signature and my signature. You asked for a receipt which is fair enough but common sense dictates that the information on the form was sufficient to prove I had paid.

The people I have dealt with have always been polite and helpful. I think it is a good scheme and value for money. I find it a bit complicated and dont quite undersand how it works . I dont claim online . Recently put a claim in and didnt get a full payment just one claim was allowed. I decided to follow it up via telephone and was advised that I had not included a full receipt for physiotherapy just the till receipt. However had not had any communication regarding the claim so could have missed out on £88 payment. As a retired member we need our refund and we need the system to be as uncomplicated as possible especially if our memories are not that great . Leaving this feedback as requested to ensure the service is responding .

I’m not happy about the charges as they do not cover everything and are outdated. Everything has increased and so this service is not accurate. Also it is most difficult to apply for your refund
