“Extremely poor experienced! Easy to set up a police but rather difficult to claim. Without doing any investigation Craig Matthews advised that my first claim is not covered. Despite never contacting the dentist for any information. Made subsequent calls to be shouted at and spoken down to by numerous male staff! This company so far have charged more than my claim cost of £65 but it had been a nightmare thus far. Extremely distressing and disappointed in the service received.”

“I took out the policy before covid and have only just received treatment to be able to claim. I have never had to make this sort of claim before, gave some wrong incomplete information but Karl Strickland immediately let me know for me to put right and 4 days later my claim is approved and payment sent. Top class service.”

“After paying the dental insurance for more than an year, I claimed £45 for a visit to the dentist including the check and xray and I was told I don’t get payed for that. I’m in NI and don’t get NHS. So I will cancel the insurance and go for a plan with my dentist. They asked me. i said no as I have a plan. So I payed in full.”
