Excellent customer service - prompt and personal advice. Thank you to Carl Strickland who handled my claim. Even though the process didn’t go right first time, Carl went above and beyond to let me know what was needed to progress my claim.

Last week I needed help to upgrade my plan and the lady, called Debra who helped me throughout was very attentive to details and very fast on responding my emails. Everything was done smoothly and I'm happy that everything's sorted now.

My claim was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Mark. The only slight hiccup was down to the wording on the invoice I had been given but Mark's clear and concise advice helped me to remedy that issue quickly.
