“Not experiencing help regarding my claim. Have now emailed twice (last time this morning - Saturday 25/11) because I no response first time. I still don't really know which part of my claim is not acceptable. I answered the questions, added two receipts etc.”

“I have always found the service I have received very satisfactory. However I am currently receiving dental treatment over three appointments at a total cost of £306.80, given the amount I paid £100 after the first visit and submitted my claim for this amount which has been refused untill all the treatment is complete. I feel that as I have paid the £100 I should be reimbursed.”
