Cannot fault the servive I received, I made an error with my claim but it was brought to my attention and dealt with promptly. the phone operators are very courteous and knowledgeable.

Absolute rubbish, everytime I try to make a claim it doesn't download my receipt. It's as if they don't want to pay my claim.

I had attached a wrong receipt and my query was delt with quickly I did not need to resubmit the receipts as a new entry it was delt with by the staff member who received it in the first instance. My refund is reported to be currently being processed- thanks a lot!

Carl Stickland was very helpful during my issues with using the claims portal as this would not recognise my details. I gave up and tried again the following day to find it would not upload my PDF receipt. At this time, I was very frustrated, however Carl came to the rescue and sorted it all out for me. Thank you Carl
