“Submitted my claim, received email explaining what I needed to submit,resubmitted my receipt and received response same day to say claim successful. Can't say enough to say what customer service.”

“The adviser I rang gave me support to try uploading my claim online, when this was not successful, Carl contacted me and explained what they still needed. I was able to resolve the issue and send the information needed. Carl confirmed straight away that the claim was processed and this gave me the reassurance I needed. A very helpful and kind piece of customer service. Thanks very much Carl.”
