“You cant apply on linecto claim dental. I wasnon phone for two and half hours. Lady not helpful she had children shouting at the back. Dhe kept ssying to me i have finished work st 4.45 pm . And asked me to call in the morning. I spoke to debbie to day she said lines close at 5pm not 4.45pm. I then had to call back again dpoke to Debbie and mark it very good excellent service from them . I wasted my phone bill just to submit a claim on setsl.”

“have now sent 2 claim forms to the wrong address and no claim(s) rec'd due to the fact that the address on THEIR claim form is INCORRECT .. but UK HEALTHCARE/PROTEGO did not bother to inform me the address had changed????? .. despite the fact this is the 2nd time ... why no info when the 1st was not rec'd????”
