You cant apply on linecto claim dental. I wasnon phone for two and half hours. Lady not helpful she had children shouting at the back. Dhe kept ssying to me i have finished work st 4.45 pm . And asked me to call in the morning. I spoke to debbie to day she said lines close at 5pm not 4.45pm. I then had to call back again dpoke to Debbie and mark it very good excellent service from them . I wasted my phone bill just to submit a claim on setsl.

Very pleased with the quick response to my claim. I rang the company a few days ago with a query about my claim & was given advice on how to rectify my problem, all was sorted out today, I sent the relevant documents & have received a positive reply, very impressed

I Emailed my statement on Thursday the image was not good Mark messaged me I resent the image on Friday Just got a message my claim has been processed excellent work from Mark

have now sent 2 claim forms to the wrong address and no claim(s) rec'd due to the fact that the address on THEIR claim form is INCORRECT .. but UK HEALTHCARE/PROTEGO did not bother to inform me the address had changed????? .. despite the fact this is the 2nd time ... why no info when the 1st was not rec'd????

Thank you so much , I've tried before to make a claim but through tec error on my part was unsuccessful, not really tech savvy !. This time I did through email which was really helpful thanks to person who contacted me .
