“I have put several claims in and It has been largely positive. The online tool is a bit dated and every time I am required to enter my bank details instead of having them on the system from the last claim. Some of the fields to complete look like they were designed 20 years ago. Having said that; every claim I have submitted has been paid and every query has been responded to quickly and efficiently.”

“I sent an emailed query with two questions: (1) level of cover I had, and (2) whether certain things were covered. No response, had to chase up a reply. In eventual reply, Question (1) answered but (2) ignored.”

“I have contacted UK Healthcare on several occasions about an optical claim. On my 5th attempt, I was told I had claimed the maximum for this year, when in fact I haven't even made a claim this year. Very poor service”
