“The claims process is easy, the refund of funds is paid straight into the chosen bank account within a couple of days and communication throughout the claim is great.”

“On submitting 2 separate claims in one envelope I received a very badly worded email stating you did not have my bank details and the invoice did not have certain details completed. When I rang to discuss the matter I was at first informed the email was not one of yours and must be a scam! On further investigation I was advised my account number had been incorrectly scanned on one of the forms resulting in a new account being set up which would have to be cancelled and details transferred to my existing account. Your adviser was extremely offhand and seemed uninterested. I am very disappointed with the "service" I received.”
