“I submitted my claim and never got paid. I had to email for the THIRD TIME and am STILL WAITING to be paid. One of the WORST and most complicated insurance companies I have ever used. ALL PHOTOS have to be PDF when the most common systems for all photograps is JPEG. This is my FIRST CLAIM and have been paying in for over 2 YEARS. UTTER RUBBISH”

“I have been with UK Healthcare for a number of years now and the customer care that I have received is second to none. Even during the pandemic, the response time to queries has been swift and what I like in particular is that plain speaking is used, so that you know exactly what your level of cover is in order to plan effectively.
