I was having difficulty uploading images of my dental receipts to the on-line claim form. Even though they appeared to have been uploaded correctly, the section on the claim form indicated with a red exclamation mark (!) that the form was still incomplete. As a result it wouldn't allow me to send the completed claim through for processing. I spoke to a lady on the helpline no. who gave me an e-mail address to resubmit my receipts. I sent this late on Friday afternoon and by mid morning Tuesday I was advised that the claim had been approved and payment would be with me within 3-4 working days. That's what I call efficiency !!!!

Poor cover compared to previous providers and customer service weren't very helpful, they didn't actually tell me that they had closed my account for example.

Disorganised, incompetent and unreliable. Claims are declined as standard process and then there is a lengthy procedure to convince them that a health practitioner is indeed registered. Not worth the money / effort. Operating on the principle that you will end up paying more / receive less benefits.

Hard at 1st to get someone to talk to that knew what they were doing but finally got through to nicola Williamson and she was fab couldn't be more helpful. Thankyou

I feel like its very quick with any issues. I feel refunds are given very quickly within the week.

After changing my bank, there was a problem with the direct debits and my policy was cancelled. After a telephone call and a couple of e-mails the situation was resolved by Craig. Normal service has now been resumed.

I finally got my claim, but I was made to feel like a fraud. Because my claim didn’t fit into an NHS band they were very reluctant to pay out and made it very complicated when I had already sent my receipts to them twice. My advice be persistent or what’s the point of having a dental plan .

I was rather disappointed as I joined on 11th Jan, and following this I had a general examination. I did not realise the cover started the following day. This meant I was unable to claim for a filling carried out on 18th Jan. I question if I will benefit from this cover
