“Good, fast and helpful communication from staff when you ask a question. Easy to get hold of a real person to talk to. Good dental insurance if you think you might have an issue but otherwise quite expensive if you are just having one checkup a year.”

“I called to add my husband and Children to my policy. Within minutes the children were added and my husbands paperwork was simple and sorted in a few minutes. Ease of use fab and assistant was very helpful & pleasant.”

“I do not have any NHS benefits for dental treatment that cover these services. Because of this, I pay insurance to cover these costs. I do not see why my claim should be denied if my insurance covers treatment in a private practice under the conditions offered to me.”

“I am really disappointed with the lack of clarity around a family plan. I assumed it would be on the same policy but my wife has a separate one. I had no idea she had a separate policy number as I received no documents confirming that. It was not until I submitted a declined claim for my wife on my policy number that this was flagged up. Pleasingly, when I challenged this they processed the claim but I still have not received an official letter for my wife that I have for my policy. This needs to be made a lot clearer as the communication around this was really poor. Our organisation has moved from the BHSF plan and their system seems much, much smoother.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the delayed reimbursement for my UNISON Dental Plan, which I underwent in November. Despite joining the plan a few days prior to my initial appointment at the NHS dental center, I have yet to receive any reimbursement. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.”

“I’ve been with Healthcare as long as I can remember, HSF originally if I remember rightly… I initially joined via my Union when I worked. I have always attended my dentist regularly with and never had a problem with submitting my claims and them being paid promptly. Very helpful lately with my issue regarding a recommended visit to the Hygienist within my NHS dentist and having to pay Privately as I was more than likely misinformed or misunderstood Really prompt and courteous replies from UK healthcare for which I am extremely grateful and would recommend joining a plan”
