“have now sent 2 claim forms to the wrong address and no claim(s) rec'd due to the fact that the address on THEIR claim form is INCORRECT .. but UK HEALTHCARE/PROTEGO did not bother to inform me the address had changed????? .. despite the fact this is the 2nd time ... why no info when the 1st was not rec'd????”

“I have always had a very stressful time claiming from my policy. I have always sent receipts with my claims and always had queries even tho it’s from the same dentist. I’m beginning to think it would be easier saving up. I dont know whether your programme would be be better updated”
