“Very easy process - I sent my actual receipt for my claim and had an email within a couple of hours to advise I needed to send the invoice with the details on. Craig was really helpful and all was sorted straight away. Great service.”

“For some reason the receipts I submitted in a recent claim, did not transmit electronically. I had a very prompt and polite email from Craig Matthews advising me of this issue, asking me to reply to his email with the receipts attached. This I did and my claim has now been processed. Very quick and efficient, thank you.”

“On two occasions I have had problems submitting my claim online but on contacting UK Healthcare their Customer Services have dealt swiftly with the issue and one particular advisor, Carl Strickland has gone above and beyond to rectify the problem. He is really helpful; courteous and does exactly as he promises. Fantastic customer service! 10/10!!”
