“I received excellent customer service from both Amy and Nicola regarding my Dental treatment. Amy (Customer Services) was efficient and helpful in resolving an issue prior to my treatment. Nicola (Claims) was also efficient and helpful dealing with and processing my claim promptly - no fuss or delay. A really positive experience and most impressed - thank you :-)”
