“The adviser I rang gave me support to try uploading my claim online, when this was not successful, Carl contacted me and explained what they still needed. I was able to resolve the issue and send the information needed. Carl confirmed straight away that the claim was processed and this gave me the reassurance I needed. A very helpful and kind piece of customer service. Thanks very much Carl.”

“Andrew (the advisor) was very helpful and his response was very prompt. He asked me to e-mail him the receipt as it wasn't uploaded on the website and once he received it he replied and resubmitted my claim within less than hour. Thank you very much Andrew! Excellent customer support service!”
