Arrived late so didn’t need it. Waste of money.

Dear Lyndsey, We are sorry to hear that the drug tests you ordered arrived too late for you to use. Your order was placed on a Tuesday evening after the post and courier had been collected, and then dispatched the following day by us on the second class postal service that you selected and paid for. We are sorry to hear that the tests did not arrive in time for you to use them. If you are in a hurry for the drug tests its always best to select one of our express delivery services either Royal Mail Special Delivery or UK Courier or at least 1st class post which are all quicker than 2nd class Royal Mail, which can be quite slow. Our customer support team have been in touch to let you know if the tests are unopened and unused, they may be returned to us for a refund on the tests. If there's anything else we can do to assist or if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We are always here to help. Wasnt able to purchase due to no stock, did locate an older units on site which I did purchase , which are obviously not as efficient but definately do the job. Heres hoping the stock issue gets sorted soon, Its imperative to ensure the kids can look after themselves and their friends

The police told me that the drug test I bought were no good as evidence when I tested my coffee at work and it came back positive because they were bought online. So as good as the service was and as well as the test worked actually they are pointless for anything official including work place testing.

Hello Matthew and thank you for the feedback. The drug test kit that you bought is a screening test. For it to be used as evidence by the police you would need a laboratory drug test, which you would probably need to organise through the police, if you believe that someone is adding drugs to your coffee. We do stock lab tests for urine and saliva which are used to confirm any positives on workplace drug tests. I'm not sure if our lab would be able to test your coffee, but if you would like us to we can look into this for you. Dear David Thank you for letting us know we have found this before with the ultra sensitive test strips. This is because they can test positive for far longer than the usual standard sensitivity test strips which can detect for up to 30 days for this particular drug, so this is not unexpected. Good service but confused by actually test positive test then negative 15hrs later which result is accurate and do courts use this method love the idea simply to use

Leaflet of the drug testing with information on how to use could be more clear with a simple template and design. Pricing of the product is too expensive considering it’s one time use. Should price range to £5-6.00. Overall fast delivery and service!!

Poor presented packaging and information with kits. Had to email for clearer instructions before using tests. Have used and confused by how results were shown on strip initially, figured it out now. Probably wouldn't by this product again.

Overall very good service; however, the new split cups are of very poor quality compared to the older style which had much former lids. The new ones are prone to leaking!

It may be worth looking at the screw lid cups as an alternative urine drug test kit as the lids can be screw tightened giving a much stronger seal. Fast, efficient service. However, the test itself is not brilliant - really need an awful lot of saliva to get a result. I think a pee test would be easier.

Confusing to read as even though 2 lines appear for a negative reading the top line is always more prominent, which can be misleading.

The control line is often darker than the test line on a drug test. Fast and prompt service, in a nice padded bag so pretty inconspicuous, the only thing I’ve found is that it says Ketamine can be detected from 3-5 days, I had some ketamine over 2 week ago but I’m still showing positive when I do a test. I have taken cocaine over the weekends but these are specifically for ketamine so can’t understand why it still posotive
