“Purchased 3 of these at £8+ and the first kit has not worked at all - nothing. Checked and the sponge was very wet... not very happy about it.”

Thank you for the feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you had a problem using the test. The most common reason for getting no test or control line on a saliva test is an inadequate oral fluid sample to run the test or failing to remove the cover from the sample collector. The swab does have to be very wet. I have asked customer services to contact you to resolve this for you. “I was apprehensive at first but turns out the accuracy of the these tests is great. Also the customer service was fantastic, they turned up on time or earlier than expected as well as the responses they gave to their emails was very quick and helpful”
