“Very good service. Excellent testing kits, very easy to use. I would like to see images of the positive and negative results on your website for a reference point. A real shame that the tests are so expensive. When you have an addict in the family the price of these kits can make them unobtainable for some.”

We will add some photos to this page to help with interpretation as you suggest. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review and thank you for your helpful suggestion regarding photos. Urine tests are a cheaper option and we also have single tests in strip and cassette which can help to save on costs but are just as accurate as the more expensive multi tests. “I did not receive my order for almost 2 weeks the first time around. But as soon as I emailed to ask what had happened I received a quick reply and a phone call on the next working day to apologise. As soon as my grievance was acknowledged my order was re sent and arrived within 24 hours. I would use again based on great customer service.”

We are very sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. It was dispatched on February 15th so should by Royal Mail so we would have expected it to have arrived by now. Please check in case your postman has left it with a neighbour. Customer services will contact you on Monday to check your delivery details are correct and to resolve this for you. “Webshop easy to use and a quick delivery. Had an issue in 2017 when received kits with short shelf life so this time requested decent dates. Please to receive kits with almost 32 years shelf life. happy to use UK Drug Testing again.”
