“Had a problem with the opiate dates they were only about 6mths hence. The kit itself is excellent. My original review reflected this disappointment. But the store were more then happy to resolve the issues and sent me some new products. Excellent customer service in spite of problems so well done and thank you.”

“I unfortunately had a problem with my original order (no fault of UK drug testing) however after speaking to the customer service department the problem was immediately rectified. A representative of the company called me to confirm my details and re sent me my order with no extra charge or hassle on my part, in a very friendly, apologetic and professional manner, I would recommend this service to anyone.”

“UPDATE July 2016: The company were very disappointed with my review and that I had any problems. They kindly sent out another order with good dates and some extra kits and good comms. I am happy to report the kits work a treat and are just the job in testing my son for painkiller addiction. Customer service was excellent once they were made aware of the issues. I would certainly use again. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ June 2016 Bought 20 x Opiate drug test kits in late Jan 2016 and expiry date is may 2016!! Not much use to man nor beast. All other kits I have bought are expiry 2017. Disappointed to say the least. I now have 10 left that expired months ago.”

“I purchased these products for my own peice of mind. I have a history of drug use but I haven't used drugs in a long time. Unfortunately my younger sister has also had issues with this too so I got the tests to find out if my sister is currently using any illegal substances,so thank you so much for the opportunity to get to the truth.”

When you get an invalid result on a drug test kit, it usually means that not enough saliva or urine has been put in to the test kit. “I only ordered a few mult test strips to start with in case they were not very good because they were not expensive. Now that I have them I will definitely be ordering more. So simple and easy to use. I'd recommend them to anyone.”
