“The test I bought were tested against THC and Benzodiazepines and both tests I’ve tried gave negative results, where they have been use just few hours after people took the substances. Find this tests not reliable or useful.”

We would greatly appreciate if you could provide our customer support team with specific details about your experience including photos of any results you did obtain, so that we may further investigate and address why the tests did not work for you, and to mnake sure that you are reading the results correctly. With a drug test 2 lines is a negative result (ie no drug detected), and one line is a positive result, which can be confusing. Dear Lyndsey, We are sorry to hear that the drug tests you ordered arrived too late for you to use. Your order was placed on a Tuesday evening after the post and courier had been collected, and then dispatched the following day by us on the second class postal service that you selected and paid for. We are sorry to hear that the tests did not arrive in time for you to use them. If you are in a hurry for the drug tests its always best to select one of our express delivery services either Royal Mail Special Delivery or UK Courier or at least 1st class post which are all quicker than 2nd class Royal Mail, which can be quite slow. Our customer support team have been in touch to let you know if the tests are unopened and unused, they may be returned to us for a refund on the tests. If there's anything else we can do to assist or if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We are always here to help. “Wasnt able to purchase due to no stock, did locate an older units on site which I did purchase , which are obviously not as efficient but definately do the job. Heres hoping the stock issue gets sorted soon, Its imperative to ensure the kids can look after themselves and their friends”

“Didn't work on one of the 3 panels. When I enquired I was told I could return it to the mouth...... 2 worked and the middle one didn't. It's faulty.”
