“The staff are polite and the delivery speed excellent. However we have been disappointed by the inconsistency of the saliva tests and therefore the quality of the product. Having had to carry out a general test using 12 saliva kits at once there were problems with some of the strips in some of the pots not registering a result (so 'invalid') even though the saliva spongestick had turned purple in each case. It looked like some strips were more prone to being invalid than others.”

I will ask customer services to contact you to try and resolve this for you. It can sometimes be a problem with a 12 in 1 saliva test kit getting an adequate amount of sample into the test to run all the test strips. It may be worth you having some urine tests as a back up for if this happens. “Bought three general tests from these guys and were delivered the next day. Managed to confirm that my 17 year old son had been taking ecstasy and also showed him that it had other drugs in it like meth amphetamine which freaked him out and hopefully scared home after watching "faces of meth" on YouTube. Would purchase more of these tests frrom this company in the future.”
