“Mrs. Robinson, Beckington. Your engineers deserve a 5 star rating, they were punctual, efficient and hard working. They located the fault very quickly and were very happy to explain procedures to me. They were very methodical and tidy workers - and friendly and cheerful too! Thank you.”

“Five star service from beginning to end. Vicky, the boss in the office, is impressive on the phone, up to speed with everything, and clearly has the respect of the two excellent engineers (Doug and Brad) who arrived on time, were a pleasure to have in the house, and refused to give up until they'd fixed my difficult UFH problem. The online reviews are so good I'd assumed the company wrote them. Not so - they are all true. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to everyone.”

“Very, very professional. The lady in the office was very polite and helpful from the outset, took all my details and made a date for the works, they phoned a day later to say they had a cancellation for a few days time would I like it ! They said the engineer would be at Cambridge at 7.30 am from Kent, rest assured 7.30am on the dot, there he was. The fault took a little while to find even using their state of the art thermal imaging equipment but the engineer kept reassuring me he would find it and once he had found it, it really didn't take long to repair, he cleaned up as he went along and left the place spotless, I really couldn't ask for more. All round great service, many thanks.”

“Excellent service - found the fault first time, broke a tile and repaired the mat and cleaned up behind themselves. Also were able to advise on how to lay a replacement tile (I've never done this before) which was very useful! Whilst I hope to never need to use them again, I wouldn't hesitate if I had to.”

“I would have given 5 stars except for the fact they were 7 hours late. However, despite the fact it was Friday night and they'd been caught up on another job all day, they still came. The guys that did the job were friendly, efficient, and informative, and we are now lovely and toasty :)”

“We were delighted with UFH Services. The underfloor heating in our kitchen appeared to have stopped working. Our electrician said the thermostat was working so we had another underfloor heating company round who said it was due to a break in the mat and I had the option of digging up the kitchen floor to find the break or getting a bigger radiator - not much help. Vicky at UFH said they would be almost certain to fix the problem on the spot. She was very knowledgeable about the work and told me to keep the floor cold on the appointed day so that an amazing gadget they have can detect heat and therefore the location of the break. If a fault was detected they would be able to remove the tile above it and repair it - somewhat better than the whole floor! As it happened, the mat wasn't damaged but at my request they did replace the thermostats to much more user-friendly ones. Although they didn't actually have to do a repair we are so pleased the system is working and the kitchen is warm again. They even looked at another underfloor system upstairs and charged us for a diagnostic appointment instead of the quoted amount. Very happy, would recommend.”

“I've been having issues with my underfloor electrical heating system from my current supplier for sometime now and they just can't get it right. I therefore went on line to see if I could find a company that could just check and let me know what is wrong. That's when I found UFH. They seemed to know what they were talking about and after reading the reviews I was happy to give them a call. I called today and spoke with a lady called Vicky. What a pleasant lady, she listened to what I had to say, went off and found out additional information, called me back and still was not pushing that I book an appointment. In the end Vicky provided me with the information that I needed in order to go back to the company that installed my underfloor unit. I called them today with the additional information and they are arranging to come and sort out the problem. Without Vicky's help and persistent I would not be any the wiser. Although I did not book an appointment with UFH, I(f my current supplier can't fix the problem I will) it was the professional nature of the company that really stood out, and I'm sure if they did work for me I would be absolutely satisfied. I would not take the time to write this review if I was not happy to recommend this company. Sometimes its not just the work that a contractor undertakes but the level of information that they can impart which gives you the confidence that not only that they know what they are taking about, but you will be a satisfied customer in the end. Hopefully this review helps in making you trust your repairs to UFH. Ray Howlett”

“From the moment I made the first call and spoke to Vicky, UFH have provided an excellent service. Vicky booked my appointment for me and kept me up to date with regular phone calls on when her colleague would be arriving on the day. The Engineers arrived very promptly at my property in Crawley.... They were both very polite and very friendly and professional.... I thought the repair to my underfloor heating was going to be a big job, and it was the engineers found the issue in two places one of which was behind the kitchen unit and they went above and beyond to take a unit out and fix the issue...what more can you ask for it had all been fixed. No noise, no mess and only had to take up two tiles. Excellent job and I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone I speak to in future with underfloor heating problems.”
