Kept me informed of arrival time. Professional, courteous, happy to explain what needed doing and showing me the working result. Solved the problem in good time - whilst also giving confidence in the work being undertaken.

UFS have recently fixed the fault to our underfloor heating. We had underfloor heating and porcelain tiling installed to our kitchen/dinning room in January 2016 and in February 2017 one half of the floor failed. We contacted the electrician who installed the underfloor heating who returned to look at the problem but failed to offer any form of support despite our repeated requests. After several thousand pounds worth of investment we were now left with a faulty system. We feared the worst and thought that the entire floor would need to replaced. Thank goodness for the internet and fortunately I found UFH Services and gave them a call. Talking to Vicky on the phone gave me some new hope and reassurance that our problem could be defined, detected and fixed, at that time we decided to proceed and an appointment was made and confirmed. Our home is in East Scotland, not many companies would cover the entire UK in this way. On our appointed day Vicky called and advised the time that the Engineers would be with us from their prevouse appointment. Two engineers arrived and quickly got to work using some speacilist equipment and found the precise fault location. In our case the fault was below the skirting, a section of skirting was removed with minimum damage and the fault duly fixed with a special joint. The professionalism of this company is truly impressive from my very first contact on the phone to the completion of the work, well done and thank you we are so grateful for all your help. I didn't think fixing my underfloor heating was possible without ripping up my floor tiles with serious disruption and cost. Brad was professional and knowledgeable beyond belief. Amazing. Very clean worker. Job fixed. Even future problems sorted. I cannot recommend this company enough

We have had a few issues with our old underfloor heating system (not supplied by UFH) and their ongoing support to rectify these problems has been excellent. The engineers are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, as are the office staff. I would highly recommend them.

Where to start....try AMAZING and then some. We found this gem of a company on the Internet when our UFH broke down and had given up on it. The whole experience from start to finish went like a dream. From the charming Vicky in the office, who sorted all the times and dates to fit in with us as we lived 275 miles from site, to the lovely Brad and Douglas who arrived, as promised, at 7am after travelling through the night. Their optimism and cheerfulness diffused a very stressful situation for us. They found the fault amazingly quickly and soon had it repaired as if by magic! They were clean and tidy and kept us informed of everything they were doing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and we consider it money well spent. The whole enquiry, booking, repair and payment process was incredibly easy, informative and saved me thousands! I feared I was going to have to either tear up my existing kitchen flooring and re-install a tile heating system, or install new radiators of one description or another. UFH were confident they could detect the problem and complete a repair solution and they fully delivered on all fronts. Doug, the engineer was well on time, meticulous in his diagnostics, preparation and clean up. Fortunately we only needed to replace one tile and he was extremely helpful in explaining the "do's" and "do nots" to our tiler. He scanned and examined the entire underfloor area and was able to give me a lot of comfort about its durability going forward. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending UFH to anyone. Thanks Guys. It will be nice to have toasty warm tiles back this winter.

We were told to contact you by our electrician as he had read good reviews of your company. We were not disappointed , from the lady in the office to Bradley who sourced and fixed the problem it was an excellent service. Bradley explained everything carefully and was a considerate and clean worker who knew his job and took a pride in it. II would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Our builder arranged for UFH services to come and sort out our ufh which was not working in half of our kitchen, they came and pin pointed exactly where the problem was and removed just one tile and fix the problem ! Which we were so pleased about great service pleasant guy would use again. Thank you

Arrived half an hour early which was good having travelled from Kent to North Devon. Very pleasant engineer. Knowledgeable, confident, and very efficient. Pinpointed the problem in a few minutes once his apparatus was in place and had heated up. Removed one tile without damage to any of the surrounding tile, clearing any debris as he went with a vacuum cleaner. Removed the small length of burnt out wire and got the underfloor heating working again.Cleaned up the floor and gave a very good explanation of the problem. All done in 90 minutes. All very impressive!

The whole process was professional, friendly and fast. Excellent communication from Vicky to identify what my actual needs where and to arrange the right support. Great communication via phone and email. The engineer explained everything as thy went along, was amazingly tidy and courteous throughout. I had a follow up query that occured to me after the engineer had left. The bill had been paid at this point but they arranged another visit to address my query. The query was totally down to me and not reflection of their work. Cannot fault (no pun intended) this company. Professional and diligent with excellent customer service from first through to last contact. Highly recommend

It all worked perfectly. Vicky arranged everything. Lovely young man arrived exactly when they said he would and was meticulous in his work. It was not an easy job but he was dilligent and - job done. NO MESS ! Perfect, a thank you to all the staff at UFH Services.

I feel a little mean suggesting four stars but the work was only completed less than a week ago, so I need to see how things progress before, hopefully, concluding that five stars is a fair assessment. Contact by phone and email was efficient, the two engineers arrived precisely on tie, were polite and tidy in the way they went about the work. I was kept fully updated as they went about the task and the resulting work was explained to me in detail before they finished off. I felt that the service was good value for money.

Initial contact with Vicky was very good and efficient. The 2 engineers arrived as arranged about 2 weeks later. They methodically found the problem and fixed it. Payment was requested and made within the hour. However, follow-up has been very poor. The report was not forthcoming. Annual business shutdown followed. Initial confidence has been severely tested. The report has now been received after 5 weeks. Only now can I start discussions with the installer about liability. I feel UHF have been efficient in fixing the problem and taking immediate payment but not following up with a timely report to apportion responsibility.

We were impressed with UFH website, contacted them by phone and Vicky promptly responded with efficiency and friendly manner. Bradley duly arrived the following day due to a cancellation, on time and set about fixing an extensive underfloor heating system. Thermostats were supplied, fitted, tested and all done speedily and well. The resulting warmth throughout the flat is a joy!

I called UFH Services on Friday afternoon and spoke to Vicky, who was absolutely great. The appointment was arranged within minutes and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and friendly approach. When the engineer, Brad, arrived (exactly as scheduled) the sense of confidence was further strengthened as he could not have been more helpful. Within a short while he identified the point of the problem and working with extreme care, he managed to get the tile up without breaking it, which I really did not expect. After pinpointing the problem (trowel damage to the cable) it was repaired with care and a complete clean up of the area and final glue down and test of the cables was completed. Brad then walked me through his findings and took his time to show that the underfloor system was working well and had been installed well with no air-gaps or voids. Nothing was rushed or was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend UFH Services to anyone who has an underfloor heating problem. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thanks Brad and Vicky - Great job and customer service!

I had 2 failed electric ufh installations which they diagnosed correctly and quickly. 1.) Smooth and effective booking process - confirmation & follow up with details of what cost & work would be included 2.) Engineer (Brad) re-confirmed appt a few days prior & arrived when he said he would 3.) Rapidly diagnosed problems with reasonable & effective solutions proposed Overall a highly professional outfit that 'does what it says on the tin'. If you have an underfloor heating issue then I would 100% recommend these guys.

After repairing our system a few weeks ago the same problem reappeared, on contact with UFH another visit within a couple of weeks was arranged, bearing in mind that we are located in the north east area of Scotland. On arrival, the engineers discovered another fault that was dually repaired within a couple of hours and so far no further problems have arisen. On both occasions the engineers were bang on time, did repairs and left our kitchen/dayroom in a spotless condition even after having to lift and break some tiling. Furthermore, to have travelled from south of England to us, a 9/10 hour drive, twice, do a great job considering the guys drove through the night to get to us, and not charge anything for the second visit is what I would call an excellent service and I have no hesitation in giving a huge thanks and recommendation for the first class service that was given to us.
