“From the initial booking to the ongoing customer service (calling one hour before), and then the onsite support I cannot fault the service. At each step, an explanation was given letting us know the 'what was happening' and the 'why this needs to be looked at'. The cleanliness of the work and the attention to detail has been first class. I would highly recommend this company of you have any issues with your underfloor heating - excellent customer service and highly skilled people. A real pleasure!”

“Vicky booked our appointment she was so efficient and in a 10 min conversation was more helpful than both the company we purchased the flooring from and the builder we used to install it. Doug arrived at my customers house was extremely polite and located the problem within 5 mins. within 2 hours Doug had lifted the 2 tiles necessary repaired the faulty wire and cleaned up after himself. He was extremely professional and tidy. On the whole UFH have saved me a huge headache as i thought we were going to have to rip the customers flooring up and start from scratch. I would highly recommend them, so if your having problems with your underfloor heating. look no further than these guys. Thanks form a very satisfied customer.”

“UFH provided a superb service. From the initial contact with Vicky, I knew we had made the correct decision in instructing UFH to solve our potentially very costly problem! Doug arrived on time, it was obvious from the start the Doug knew what was required when working in an high end occupied property. He looked at the problem, explained how he would fix it and then did so with the minimum amount of fuss. His interaction with the client was first class. He also rectified a previously unidentified problem whilst he was there. I have no hesitation in recommending UFH as I'm sure like me, you will be delighted with the service.”

“What a great service end to end. We're builders and had a problem with a new installation of underfloor heating on our latest build. We couldn't find the fault via the normal means and was reluctant to take up 50m2 of engineered oak wooden flooring as you could imagine. We found out about UFH through another tradesman and I must say, what a great service they provided. Doug was there for about 15 minutes and found the fault, he waited for us to take the floor up properly, fixed the issue and we re-fitted the floor. You wouldn't even know that we had a fault. Couldn't recommend UFH more highly. Brad from Build56 and the Bald Builders........”

“After having a major issue with the contractor that had installed our new underfloor heating in our kitchen, they were just giving us the run around and not doing anything to get it fixed. UFH saved the day! Brilliant service, really knew what they were doing and explained exactly what steps they were going to take to resolve the issue as well as leaving instructions for the tiler to take note of when he comes in to relay the tiles. I honestly can not thank UFH enough.”

“He came, he saw, he fixed! We inherited an underfloor heating system with our house and it never worked. No one would touch it until I managed to find this company. They were very clear about the service and pricing. They gave me a date, turned up on time and fixed it. It was brilliant!”

“The underfloor heating failed, and I did all the checks I could before deciding it was a job for the professionals. UFH were excellent from the beginning - explained what they would do and how it would work (and the cost!). They even sent through a detailed document on responsibilities & who would need to do what! On the agreed day, I got a call an hour before the guys turned up, who were extremely professional and friendly. They explained what they were doing, and brought in a ton of kit. They'd worked out the problem - which was an issue with the original installation - and had to take up a tile. They brought in their own hoover and did a really tidy job! It wasn't cheap, but there were 2 guys here for several hours, and they did a great job, fixing a couple of install errors. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else.”

“Louis and Brad were the technicians who attended the job to repair my underfloor heating. They were extremely efficient and repaired the job in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with the care they took lifting my floor tile, which meant there was very little damage. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“The whole process was efficient, the engineer arrived early, he explained in detail the whole process. The actual finding of fault and repair went like clockwork. Plus added care was taken to ensure the property was left clean and tidy.”

“When I got the quote it seemed reasonable but expensive. When the work was done I couldn't believe how much was required. Felt like they earned every penny and more. They were very polite and upfront, the cost was the same as the quote. I would definitely use again and highly recommend them. Both staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and professional. Issue was found and fixed without issue.”

“Excellent service. Once UFH contacted us they were able to make an appointment for the next day. Doug arrived on time and worked professionally and ably. He was able to fix a long-broken unit and explained the system and processes very clearly and helpfully. A very tidy job: only one tile removed and no mess at all. We were happy that the provider was able to cover the fault under their warranty. Highly recommended company.”

“Such a pleasant company to deal with - right from the start - speaking with Vicky on the phone to Doug sorting out our problem with a system that had never worked. (Builder told us that the mat must have been faulty!). Not many workmen leave a room as they find it - Doug did - apart from 1 tile missing which we had been told would be the case. Well done, a pleasure to have met you!”

“Very friendly and professional company. Arranged a booking for an engineer to look at my underfloor heating which was causing my RCD to trip. UFH services then called me to say they could bring my booking forward by over a week, which was a great help! I wasn't at home when they carried out the work, but I am impressed with there service and attitude (over the phone / to family member present). Faults repaired quickly and area left spotless! Definitely would use again without question.”

“This was a real piece of detective work by Doug! The damaged tail of the heating element in my bathroom was concealed immediately below another cable, so the readings from the heat scanner showed up alternative hot spots. But not to be beaten, Doug persevered (with a bit of skirting board demolition from me!) and the offending piece was eventually found and repaired, with relatively small areas of tile to infill. Seeing Doug struggling to carry his 46kg machine up our stairs was the icing on the cake! Well done and many thanks.”

“Excellent service. Engineer turned up on time and got on with the job. Located the problem, only damaged one tile and repaired the fault within an hour, cleaned up and explained how the problem had occurred and advised me as what to do next i.e. re-tile before using the using the underfloor heating. Very professional and extremely helpful, which is more than can be said for the manufacturers of the underfloor heating product "Warmup". keep up the excellent service.........Ken, West Heath, Birmingham.”
