“After Vicky arranged and kindly brought forward my appointment, Brad and Louis came to fit my new Underfloor Thermostats, they were on time, extremely professional and came with a polite "can do" approach, and although after the install we had a hitch with my system (not UHS fault) they went away and got new thermostats and solved the issue! To be honest they could have gone back to the office and left me high and dry but they were real Pro's and came back and exceeded my expectations - I can honestly recommend UFH if you get stuck with any underfloor challenge - The customer focus from Louis in particular was refreshing and greatly appreciated - Thanks so much to all the Team. Andy in Norfolk now warm again :-)”

“I was very apprehensive about getting the underfloor heating fixed as I didn't even know a company like UFH existed. I thought there would be a lot of mess and disruption as I fully expected the whole floor would have to come up. However I needn't have worried. The engineers explained the whole diagnostic process, identified the fault, repaired it, made sure it was electrically safe and then left the site clean and tidy. In fact only 2 tiles needed to be removed to effect the repair. A great service from a professional team, I can highly recommend them.”

“Outstanding service. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment, as they are clearly in demand. But it was well worth the wait. Helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“I checked the reviews for UFH first before contacting them and they lived up to the fantastic reviews. From the initial telephone call with Vicky who explained the process, supplied the relevant information and booked an appointment for me, to Doug and Brad fixing the problem. They were quick and efficient and left the room as they found it with no mess left behind. Another great aspect was that is was a fixed price and it didn't matter how many faults there were. Another company had given me a price but it varied depending on the number of faults, so I was concerned if I used them that it would be cheaper to replace the whole floor. With UFH there were no hidden costs. I would definitely recommend UFH.”

“Excellent service from the moment we first made contact via UHF website. We had been told by 2 different electricians that the whole floor would need lifted. UHF fixed problem by lifting one tile. Professional staff and very efficient service. Would highly recommend UHF .”

“We have recently moved into our house and unfortunately found the under-floor heating downstairs not to be working. We had UFH booked in and had a visit from Brad and Doug. They turned up on time and have been nothing but polite and professional throughout. They took the time to pick up some additional parts and did a great job. Would happily recommend them and UFH, a pleasure to deal with, thanks again!”

“The lady in the office booked a date for the works to be done. I was called and given notice as to what time the guys would arrive and this was updated because of only a half hour delay which is very rare these days. The lads turned up and set about their work with great professionalism. They were very tidy and kept the dust and debris down to a minimum. They fixed the job and tested everything before leaving the house as clean and tidy as they found it. What more can you ask for. Paul DPI LTD Leeds.”

“I checked out the site reviews before booking my repair and was not dissappointed. Vicky kept in touch through the whole process and despite motorway delays Doug and Brad still made it to the house.They were cheerie on arrival were very pleasant and professional and fixed the problem with the sensor. I tried to obtain a company in Scotland but they didn' t call back!! Extremely pleased with the whole UFH process and would definately use this company again.”

“Brad and Doug were extremely professional, working quickly and neatly to locate the fault and explain what had happened. They collaborated well with our installer to help them remove only one tile and complete the repair without disturbing the rest of the bathroom. We are very pleased with the service and effectiveness of the repair. The overall service from Vicky in the office to the completion of the work has been impressive.”

“Vicky and the team at UFH Services were great from the outset, explaining every step of the process and what work would need to be undertaken to identify and fix the damage to our underfloor heating. They were incredibly accommodating as our dates kept slipping due to other work that needed to be complete on advance. On the day of the repair they arrived on time and talked us through what they were going to do and involved us throughout the repair to try and limit the impact - in the end of the 5 tiles that needed to be taken up only one was damaged. Despite the damage being more extensive than first thought, the repairs were completed successfully with a comprehensive report of the work done and photos. Great service at a great price and we finally have the underfloor heating working again after a year!”

“Two really polite, efficient engineers sorted the problem immediately. They explained thoroughly what had been the problem then contacted the bathroom fitter and explained the fault to him. They were extremely tidy and managed to sort the problem without taking up the brand new floor tiles. If you have any sort of problem with your underfloor heating, these are the guys to call, definitely. Well done guys. Mrs M Merritt, Berkhamsted.”

“Underfloor heating recently fixed my broken underfloor heating in my kitchen. I specifically asked the to arrive at 7am as I had to leave for a business meeting. Brad arrived on the dot. He was friendly, professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Took him around 90 mins to locate the fault and whole job took around 4 hours and was left clean tidy and just needed re-tiling. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to fix your underfloor heating problems.”

“The engineer arrived on time, then found the problem pretty quickly. He had all the necessary equipment and was efficient and professional in finding the best way to fix the problem, explaining it clearly to me and then resolving the problem. I was concerned about damaging the tiled floor, but throughout he was very careful to minimise and potential damage and managed to raise the tile needed without breaking it ! He took time to minimise any mess as he did the job and to clear up afterwards. Overall a very professional job and great service, very much appreciated.”

“Doug and Brad came to repair our bathroom underfloor heating today. We have left it a while as we had been concerned about the damage to the floor and the possibility of needing to remove the wall mounted loo. Unfortunately the problem was under the loo, however they only lifted up half the tile the access the area they needed and no damage was done to the glass unit behind it or to the loo. Thank you for all of your help and fast work.”
