“This was the second repair we have had carried out by UFH. This was nothing to do with the first repair. Arrived on time and were very professional. Located a faulty temperature sensor and had to remove part of the skirting board and one tile to replace it. My only criticism is that the cable for the replacement must have been bigger than the original as I was unable to retile without first digging out a channel in the concrete floor to lay the cable. But this was done and the underfloor heating is working well. A bit galling that I had to pay about £25 for adhesive/grout to lay one tile as I couldn't buy a small amount. Perhaps UFH could look at possibly supplying and charging customers for a small amount of adhesive/grout. Overall a good job and now I won't get frostbite by walking on the tiles.”

“My underfloor heating, which is about 15 years old, stopped working just before Christmas. I contacted UFH services and found them to be very efficient and reliable from the first phone call to the site visit. The engineers (Brad & Louis) arrived on time and quickly got to work. They certainly knew their stuff, diagnosed the fault and even though they didn't carry the part required (due to age of my system) they quickly sourced it for me and advised me on next steps. My heating is now working in time for Xmas - can't thank them enough. I thoroughly recommend them in this very specialised market. Will keep them on file.”

“Fitted me in at short notice. Arrived in the time frame given. Engineers assessed the problem very quickly, double checking everything as they went. Kept me fully briefed on the issues with the system and the course of action that would be required to rectify these. The Engineers were polite and tidied everything before they left. From first contact with Vicky in the office to the Engineers finishing it was a smooth process. Service as it should be.”

“I can only echo what other others reviewers have said. The communication and organisation by Vicky in the office was excellent and the team - Brad and Louis - was considerate, friendly and efficient. They found the installation wiring issue immediately, checked the full system as it powered up and even gave me a controls instruction booklet as my builders hadn't left one. This is what good service looks like!”

“My heating in my conservatory broke a few days before xmas and I was lucky enough to get UHF services to come out on short notice. The engineers arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I was provided with a report and communication in general was very good throughout the experience. “2nd time we have used UFH Services - we have inherited 2 separate under floor systems that are quiet old now - they have now fixed both systems with a very quick and efficient service. Considering we are in a remote part of the East Coast they have got to us asap. Engineers are knowledgeable and friendly, and do everything possible to get you back up and running quickly! Great Service and would definitely recommend!”

“5 stars all the way. From my first contact with the office I never felt any pressure to use the service. On the day of the repair I was informed when the engineer would be arriving. Doug and his apprentice were great and really friendly. They found the fault quickly and cracked on and fixed it. Managed to only take up one tile with no other damage to the rest of the floor. They also made no mess and left my kitchen how they found it. Couldn't recommend enough.”

“I can only concur with all the other reviews, the guys were on time, polite, very professional and extremely efficient. Our problem was just before Christmas on a new installation and I was extremely upset, but Vicky fitted us in very quickly, even bringing the appointment forward so it was done in time for Christmas. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.”

“Excellent service form UFH, from the initial call through to making our underfloor system work they are a pleasure to deal with. Vicky organised an appointment to suit, even calling us on a Sunday to confirm and remind us. Doug turned up as expected and unlike some ‘trades’ we have dealt with over the years he’s fully house trained and a really nice bloke. Not to mention he was on the case with his diagnostic kit within 5 minutes, identifying and resolving the issue, a problem arising from an incorrect installation. I’d have no hesitation to recommending UFH to anyone with an electrical underfloor heating system that’s leaving them cold!”

“An excellent service today by UFH to repair a cut heating cable under a tiled bathroom floor. The operator explained the process prior to repair. Within the hour he had joined the cables, checked the connections, turned on the UFH mat and confirmed with the FLIR that the mat was heating up. Overall very impressed and would recommend UFH Services fo a professional repair and not a tidy job.”

“Impossible to fix - so said 2 electricians and a local tile store. They hadn't heard of UFH. The only way to describe the service from UFH is extremely efficient, from our first contact with Vicky(2 hours after submitting the online form) to having the work done. Doug and Brad arrived on time and within an hour had the problem identified and repaired, with only one tile damaged.Absolutely amazing. No more cold feet- thanks very much”
