“Doug was great. Very professional and informative. Took time to check if the simple thermostat change was indeed the root cause of the problem and checked the entire floor. Took the time the thoroughly explain and set up the new thermostat. Would definitely recommend.”

“From first contact to paying the bill friendliness and efficiency were ever present. The appointment was for 7.30am and 7.30 meant 7.30! The lads located the three different faults with a bit of detective work, repaired them and cleaned up (unusual for tradesmen). They went on their way smiling and left us quite happy.”

“Vicky and the team in the office were exceptionally helpful, gave brilliant advice and coordinated their team to come up to Edinburgh to help use get our under-floor heating sorted out. The two lads we had on site were very helpful, polite, clean, and did a terrific job. I got the repair report back the same day (with photos that detailed the shoddy initial installation that led to our fault). Now about to try to claim money back from our bathroom installer using the information provided by UFH. I'd highly recommend this company for all under-floor heating problems. Very professional service.”

“The service we received was exceptional, it is so refreshing to find such a true professional company. I was a little apprehensive selecting a company off the web to undertake what could be an involved repair but from my first call to their office speaking to Vicky to the prompt arrival of the technician, Dug, I could not have been more impressed. Dug was very engaging and he located the fault quickly which was located under a kitchen tile, buried in the floor screed. We were lucky with the position of the tile and he carefully cut around it and managed to lift without breaking. The fault was exactly where he had pin pointed the problem. At every stage the vacuum cleaner was running to clear any dust. If ever you have an electric underfloor heating problem do not hesitate to use these guys, you will not be disappointed”

“From start to finish the service provided by UFH Services Ltd was professional, friendly and efficient. Vicki in the office kept me regularly updated and despite the snow and ice, Doug arrived on site at exactly the time arranged. He quickly identified and resolved the issue with very little disruption. I am very happy with the service and would most certainly recommend them.”

“I my under floor heating stopped working and we desperately needed it fixing before Xmas. First of all Vicki in the office did a brilliant job fitting in a visit before Xmas. The engineers arrived this am (Brad and Louis), as promised they quickly identified the problem and fitted a new control unit, tested that everything was working properly and set up the control unit and trained me how to use it, which was great. They were a pleasure to have around polite, humorous and certainly new their stuff. Thanks guys great job. we can now have a warm Merry Xmas.”

“This was the second repair we have had carried out by UFH. This was nothing to do with the first repair. Arrived on time and were very professional. Located a faulty temperature sensor and had to remove part of the skirting board and one tile to replace it. My only criticism is that the cable for the replacement must have been bigger than the original as I was unable to retile without first digging out a channel in the concrete floor to lay the cable. But this was done and the underfloor heating is working well. A bit galling that I had to pay about £25 for adhesive/grout to lay one tile as I couldn't buy a small amount. Perhaps UFH could look at possibly supplying and charging customers for a small amount of adhesive/grout. Overall a good job and now I won't get frostbite by walking on the tiles.”

“My underfloor heating, which is about 15 years old, stopped working just before Christmas. I contacted UFH services and found them to be very efficient and reliable from the first phone call to the site visit. The engineers (Brad & Louis) arrived on time and quickly got to work. They certainly knew their stuff, diagnosed the fault and even though they didn't carry the part required (due to age of my system) they quickly sourced it for me and advised me on next steps. My heating is now working in time for Xmas - can't thank them enough. I thoroughly recommend them in this very specialised market. Will keep them on file.”

“Fitted me in at short notice. Arrived in the time frame given. Engineers assessed the problem very quickly, double checking everything as they went. Kept me fully briefed on the issues with the system and the course of action that would be required to rectify these. The Engineers were polite and tidied everything before they left. From first contact with Vicky in the office to the Engineers finishing it was a smooth process. Service as it should be.”

“I can only echo what other others reviewers have said. The communication and organisation by Vicky in the office was excellent and the team - Brad and Louis - was considerate, friendly and efficient. They found the installation wiring issue immediately, checked the full system as it powered up and even gave me a controls instruction booklet as my builders hadn't left one. This is what good service looks like!”

“2nd time we have used UFH Services - we have inherited 2 separate under floor systems that are quiet old now - they have now fixed both systems with a very quick and efficient service. Considering we are in a remote part of the East Coast they have got to us asap. Engineers are knowledgeable and friendly, and do everything possible to get you back up and running quickly! Great Service and would definitely recommend!”
