“What a professional company to deal with. Part of my electric underfloor heating had stopped working and fearing the worst - vinyl tiles up and total replacement mat, I was given the name of this company. From the first contact until the issue resolved they were extremely professional. The engineer assured me that he would find the fault and he did. Only two tiles were removed and the repair was quick. First class!”

“Engineer arrived on time exactly as promised. Found a fault and rectified it. Found a second fault and rectified that too with minimum disruption to the floor under the circumstances. Very pleased with the results and a really nice company to deal with from booking though problem solving and payment (exactly as quoted). I would definitely use them again - don’t be put of by the fact that they are not local. In summary a great service by really nice people.”

“Not only did UFH identify and fix my failed inderfloor heating underneath quarry tiles, but they also spotted I had a hot water pipe leaking nearby, under the same quarry tiles. Exceptional performance in a niche market, well done you guys.”

“Brilliant experience, was initially really worried when my system went down on a Saturday evening. I found this company on Google and tentatively filled out the contact us form in the apprehension that I will be bombarded by salespersons. I received one phone call on the Monday and was given all the info I needed including a fixed price quote no hassle, no pressure exactly what I needed so I agreed to the quote immediately. An engineer was booked for Weds the same week repair took a few hrs. Engineer was really friendly and talked me through everything they were doing and left the area tidy. So all in I was without heating for only a few days. Great work, would definitely recommend.”

“From start to finish this company has been nothing but excellent. From the initial enquiry until post payment, Vicky was representative of how customer interaction should be via phone and email. The engineer arrived on time, was faced with a difficult and complex situation and where most would have given up, he continued and resolved a catastrophic problem with our underfloor heating to bringing it back to working order. Excellent team work and really glad I found you!!”

“From what appeared before hand an impossible situation, came the most incredible professional, specialised, service I have ever experience. Amazing technology was the least of it. The expertise and experience to not only diagnose the root cause but outstanding skill to repair the problem, with unbelievably little disruption, both in time and the least amount of decorative repair required. The service was superb from the office (Vicky) in ease of booking, informative instructions (pre and post) visit, to payment. The field work (Brad) second to non. A pleasure. Couldn’t recommend UFH more. Not only made the seemingly impossible possible, but did it in such a respectful way. Don’t hesitate.”

“I couldn’t be more impressed with this company. They are so helpful especially with relieving the stressful situation of having to possibly take up ceramic floor tiles to find a fault. The problem was found quickly and only one ceramic tile was needed to be removed. It was then rectified and the tile put back in a very quick time. The equipment the engineer uses is very accurate so problems with the underfloor heating can soon be identified. I highly recommend this company for underfloor heating repairs.”

“Had an issue with an underfloor heating mat which nearly resulted in the whole floor coming up. Until Doug from UFH services turned up. Knew his job inside out, reassured me he’d find the problem which he did and even give me a hand doing my bit even though he didn’t have to. Top lad. Josh, Leeds.”

“Great service! Had a problem with electric underfloor heating under fixed stone tiles. First contact was Vicky who explained the process and the potential costs. Managed to arrange a site visit in less than a week. Completed an online form which took 5 mins and all set. It is clear and simple. Doug arrived onsite and diagnosed the issue and the fix. Very friendly and knowledgable, no upselling, just straightforward and easy. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again if needed. Thanks”

“UFH are very efficient, understanding and accommodating to work with me on a difficult logistical situation at my mother’s property. “I initially contacted Warmup about a fault with one of their underfloor heating mats that wasn’t working after installation. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing—the representative I spoke with seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Thankfully, I reached out to Under Floor Heating Service, and they reassured me the issue could be resolved. True to their word, the engineer arrived on-site and had the fault fixed within an hour. The mat is now working perfectly! I’m thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended—5 stars from me!”
