“Doug arrived exactly on time, having phoned 90 mins earlier to confirm the appointment. The problem was far from straightforward, but he stuck at it for over four hours until the fault had been identified and rectified. He left no mess! I was a little suspicious of a company with such good reviews, but on this occasion I can honestly say that my fears were unfounded. I would not hestitate to recommend them to anyone with underfloor heating problems”

“I found this company to be very professional and extremely helpful. They couldn't fix my problem because we'd had such a bad job done! But they did give us as much guidance and advice as they possibly could. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone”

“Doug turned-up bang on time – not bad considering we’re right down at the end of Cornwall – and started immediately. He is a very professional guy and instilled in us the utmost sense of confidence. Doug understood the problem and implemented the solution straight away. Within no time, the tile was up and the new probes installed. There was hardly any mess: in fact, he vacuumed-up after so it may have been cleaner than when he arrived(!) He used his fancy tools and made sure that everything was working; he also gave us some “best practice” advice. All in all an excellent job, that has saved us thousands.”

“Brad arrived exactly on time and was able to detect the cause of the problem. He removed a single tile without any damage to the others and fixed the heating. Brad was polite, efficient and tidied up once the job was done. I feel that I have recieved excellent service today.”

“On Monday morn Doug did arrive With all his boxes at least five. From Kent that is a long long drive So a cup of tea we did inbibe. Our problem then it was assessed And Doug did give us the very best. A friendly chap to have around The problem solved-so quickly found. From Somerset with grateful thanks We would rate Doug ,top of the ranks.”

“We had an long running issue with our underfloor heating which my local electrician was unable to fix & he suggested to give UFH Services a call. What a excellent suggestion that turned out to be! Vicky in the office was great help and efficient and she booked an engineer who arrived on time. He worked quickly and thoroughly until he identified the issue. He made calls to obtain parts, went to collect it and was back within an hour. We now have our heating back online again and couldn't be happier with the service we received from UFH.”

“Excellent service from first phone call to engineer's visit. I had just been let down by another company and was on my guard, but there was no need. I am new to underfloor heating, and had found it 'temperamental', asking UFH to diagnose the system and tell me if I needed a new one. Brad listened to my description, tested everything very professionally, and confirmed that everything was working as it should. Through his patient answers to my questions while doing the tests, I came to realise that the main problem was my misunderstanding of how the system worked and my inexperience at managing such heating. There was no attempt to sell me anything, no attempt to confuse me or suggest expensive routes forward. There was just skilled investigation and clear advice. I would recommend UFH to anyone. The world needs more service like this!”

“Like many other people, I don't often write these types of reviews on websites, but I have to agree with the comments that so many others have made, that UFH are most definitely a very professional company indeed. I am totally and 100% impressed with the service that I received. Firstly, it was a pleasure to deal with Vicky on the phone, who explained everything to me in great detail. On the day of the repair, Brad arrived exactly on time and walked in with a happy & cheery face, ( even at 7.30am.). Not only did he do the job, but he spent time explaining everything to me and, because of the fantastic equipment he uses and his excellent knowledge, he ended up only having to break ONE floor tile to make the heating work again, which was a real result. He also cleaned up everything as he was working and left the room as clean and tidy as when he arrived. If you are still reading this, then I would have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending UFH Services to you.”

“Doug was great. Very professional and informative. Took time to check if the simple thermostat change was indeed the root cause of the problem and checked the entire floor. Took the time the thoroughly explain and set up the new thermostat. Would definitely recommend.”

“From first contact to paying the bill friendliness and efficiency were ever present. The appointment was for 7.30am and 7.30 meant 7.30! The lads located the three different faults with a bit of detective work, repaired them and cleaned up (unusual for tradesmen). They went on their way smiling and left us quite happy.”

“Vicky and the team in the office were exceptionally helpful, gave brilliant advice and coordinated their team to come up to Edinburgh to help use get our under-floor heating sorted out. The two lads we had on site were very helpful, polite, clean, and did a terrific job. I got the repair report back the same day (with photos that detailed the shoddy initial installation that led to our fault). Now about to try to claim money back from our bathroom installer using the information provided by UFH. I'd highly recommend this company for all under-floor heating problems. Very professional service.”

“The service we received was exceptional, it is so refreshing to find such a true professional company. I was a little apprehensive selecting a company off the web to undertake what could be an involved repair but from my first call to their office speaking to Vicky to the prompt arrival of the technician, Dug, I could not have been more impressed. Dug was very engaging and he located the fault quickly which was located under a kitchen tile, buried in the floor screed. We were lucky with the position of the tile and he carefully cut around it and managed to lift without breaking. The fault was exactly where he had pin pointed the problem. At every stage the vacuum cleaner was running to clear any dust. If ever you have an electric underfloor heating problem do not hesitate to use these guys, you will not be disappointed”

“From start to finish the service provided by UFH Services Ltd was professional, friendly and efficient. Vicki in the office kept me regularly updated and despite the snow and ice, Doug arrived on site at exactly the time arranged. He quickly identified and resolved the issue with very little disruption. I am very happy with the service and would most certainly recommend them.”

“I my under floor heating stopped working and we desperately needed it fixing before Xmas. First of all Vicki in the office did a brilliant job fitting in a visit before Xmas. The engineers arrived this am (Brad and Louis), as promised they quickly identified the problem and fitted a new control unit, tested that everything was working properly and set up the control unit and trained me how to use it, which was great. They were a pleasure to have around polite, humorous and certainly new their stuff. Thanks guys great job. we can now have a warm Merry Xmas.”
