“After repairing our system a few weeks ago the same problem reappeared, on contact with UFH another visit within a couple of weeks was arranged, bearing in mind that we are located in the north east area of Scotland. On arrival, the engineers discovered another fault that was dually repaired within a couple of hours and so far no further problems have arisen. On both occasions the engineers were bang on time, did repairs and left our kitchen/dayroom in a spotless condition even after having to lift and break some tiling. Furthermore, to have travelled from south of England to us, a 9/10 hour drive, twice, do a great job considering the guys drove through the night to get to us, and not charge anything for the second visit is what I would call an excellent service and I have no hesitation in giving a huge thanks and recommendation for the first class service that was given to us. Great service from first call to Vicky to job complete. Ken Graham Arbroath”

“After a long search on the internet for a UFH repair company I came across this company. Following a telephone discussion with Vicky she clearly explained the process and confirmed this in email. Once engineer Doug arrived all I can say from start to finish he was amazing. He located the fault and caused as little damage as possible to my tiles. He cleaned up and left no mess at all. His service was outstanding and he explained the whole process. To add to it all I was sent a report and photo images as evidence as it was clear my tiler had caused the damage. Would highly recommended. Miss Khan”

“UFH Services was recommended by the manufacturer Heat Matt, also a good company. I was contacted by Vicky of UFH who explained clearly how the problem could be repaired efficiently at a fixed price. The team arrived on time on the agreed date in spite of a heavy snowfall in Scotland. The faults were identified quickly using the camera and equipment. this was followed by the removal of two tiles and repairs to damaged areas. I was very impressed by the efficiency and professional skills of all the people involved. What I thought was going to be a complete new floor and matt, was a repair and replacement of two tiles. There are still good companies and tradesmen in the building industry if you can find them, and this is one. B Fleming Glasgow March 2017”

“I called UFH Services ltd after reading so many good reviews and can definitely recommend their services. From the moment I called and spoke to Vicky, to the arrival of Doug and Brad, I can honestly say this is a customer focussed business. Communication was excellent and after receiving my appointment date, I was kept up to date until the techs arrived. Both Doug and Brad were friendly and professional, expertly diagnosing a tricky problem. They performed the repair with confidence, expertise and good humour. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services.”

“UFH is by far the most professional company I've dealt with in years. Vicky listen to our problem and was able to reassure me and that all was not lost. Within 10 mins of contacting UFH Vicky had sent over the relevant paperwork and within the hour I had an appointment for an engineer to visit the following Thursday. Vicky called to advise me that our engineer Brad would be with us at 10.10 am! He arrived on the dot. He was excellent he listened then took time to explain every step to me and that he would almost certainly be able to find and fix the problem. I immediately felt confident of his ability to resolve the problem. He found the fault took up one tile and fixed it all within 2 hours and showed me where the problem was how he'd fixed it how the mat worked and what my next steps were for the tiler. I can not fault the service I received and was extremely impressed from start to finish with the efficient, effective and professional service received.”

“We contacted UFH on the Thursday and Vicky responded so quickly that within 2 hours the details were sorted and we had a second appointment of the day the following Tuesday. Brad arrived within 3 minutes of the planned time and was a really nice guy to have in the house - he really makes you confident that the work is being done well and is happy to explain what he is finding and doing at every stage. Fix was done within 2 hours and ready for our tiler to do his stuff - only 2 tiles had to be refitted - which has now been done.”

“We had an amazingly quick experience with UFH Services. An engineer was in the area the day after we phoned and so within 24 hours of our call our broken thermostat had been replaced. Both Vicky and Brad were friendly, polite and efficient. We couldn't recommended UFH Services enough!”

“From the initial booking to the ongoing customer service (calling one hour before), and then the onsite support I cannot fault the service. At each step, an explanation was given letting us know the 'what was happening' and the 'why this needs to be looked at'. The cleanliness of the work and the attention to detail has been first class. I would highly recommend this company of you have any issues with your underfloor heating - excellent customer service and highly skilled people. A real pleasure!”

“Vicky booked our appointment she was so efficient and in a 10 min conversation was more helpful than both the company we purchased the flooring from and the builder we used to install it. Doug arrived at my customers house was extremely polite and located the problem within 5 mins. within 2 hours Doug had lifted the 2 tiles necessary repaired the faulty wire and cleaned up after himself. He was extremely professional and tidy. On the whole UFH have saved me a huge headache as i thought we were going to have to rip the customers flooring up and start from scratch. I would highly recommend them, so if your having problems with your underfloor heating. look no further than these guys. Thanks form a very satisfied customer.”

“UFH provided a superb service. From the initial contact with Vicky, I knew we had made the correct decision in instructing UFH to solve our potentially very costly problem! Doug arrived on time, it was obvious from the start the Doug knew what was required when working in an high end occupied property. He looked at the problem, explained how he would fix it and then did so with the minimum amount of fuss. His interaction with the client was first class. He also rectified a previously unidentified problem whilst he was there. I have no hesitation in recommending UFH as I'm sure like me, you will be delighted with the service.”

“What a great service end to end. We're builders and had a problem with a new installation of underfloor heating on our latest build. We couldn't find the fault via the normal means and was reluctant to take up 50m2 of engineered oak wooden flooring as you could imagine. We found out about UFH through another tradesman and I must say, what a great service they provided. Doug was there for about 15 minutes and found the fault, he waited for us to take the floor up properly, fixed the issue and we re-fitted the floor. You wouldn't even know that we had a fault. Couldn't recommend UFH more highly. Brad from Build56 and the Bald Builders........”

“After having a major issue with the contractor that had installed our new underfloor heating in our kitchen, they were just giving us the run around and not doing anything to get it fixed. UFH saved the day! Brilliant service, really knew what they were doing and explained exactly what steps they were going to take to resolve the issue as well as leaving instructions for the tiler to take note of when he comes in to relay the tiles. I honestly can not thank UFH enough.”

“He came, he saw, he fixed! We inherited an underfloor heating system with our house and it never worked. No one would touch it until I managed to find this company. They were very clear about the service and pricing. They gave me a date, turned up on time and fixed it. It was brilliant!”
