I have used UENI for the past three years. I have records of paid invoices along with matching bank records of all payments made in full. UENI lost my domain name to GoDaddy. I was unaware of my email and site not working until a customer reached out to me another way. This has caused people to believe my business is no longer operating, which in turn cost me money. UENI's excuse was that there was a "slight delay" on a payment. Again. I have records showing otherwise and how unreasonable the excuse is. I have requested contact info for their legal team and they have refused to provided it as of now. This company failed in its duty as a web manager/ host and has caused my business harm. My recommendation to the consumer looking for the services UENI provides is to move on to another option.

I hired UENI to build my WebSite and they put my Launch Date on hold because they demanded business licenses to prove legality of my business. I m already paying for rights to sell as an authorized Reseller and have an attorney on staff. I am cancelling my account with UENI because they took my payment and didn't deliver my Website!

This company is regularly spamming my inbox with offers. I never signed up for their email list. I have unsubscribed no less than six times now, have emailed back and forth requesting to be taken off their email list, yet I still keep marketing emails from them. predatory spam garbage.

Stay Away From This Self Proclaimed Website Designer Experts ... What I write here is 100% true, I have proof (chat session, email(s) to back up all the Negativity that I am about to present here and now. I hired UENI.com and paid $149.00 for a professional website... When hiring UENI, I requested a simple revamp of my current site. O requested to just copy and paste all content within my current website... I just wanted UENI to take all graphics and all text copy & paste from my current website to implement that into a new Artificial Intelligence template site... I merely wanted the exact same everything on my current website to be transferred onto a new website that follows all of the Google rules... UENI website designers decided to take it upon themselves to send me the total opposite of what I requested. I tried on numerous occasions to correspond with UENI, which is nearly impossible... I hot someone to respond after sending an email stating that I was canceling with UENI and requested my money back... That is when a Customer Support individual by the name of Denise contacted me via telephone ☎️ Denise convinced me that all of my questions and concerns would be addressed and all will be to my satisfaction GUARANTEED. Well that wasn't true at all... I was sent some GARBAGE website and not one thing from my current site was inserted into what was sent to me... As I mentioned previously, I have documentation to back up what I am writing here... BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE If anyone wants to see proof, simply ask me... Started of excellent, but trying to get alterations made and problems sorted is impossible. I have sent many emails and tried the live chat, been waiting almost 2 months for a response. Certainly not the 2 days they tell you. My advice if your planning on using your website and changes will need to be done, use another company as this firm just doesn’t reply.

I have 56 Google reviews and they are not switching over to my UENI website every time I complain they do say you don't have any reviews, which of course I do. They say there is a 30-day no-quibble money back guarantee they will not honor this every time I tried to cancel. They give me the runaround they plainly will not honour their 30 day money back guarantee. Stay away from this company completely. If you do not own websites and do not have any way of knowing how to get on Google maps etc then yes for beginners this is a good company, but they are not honourable.

I want my money back it took a week or so to create the siye and then upon receiving it,it was trash pictures were horrible any time I tried to change to my liking it didn't work and I never could get any it assistance on the phone canceled and called my bank now their disputing the charge please be careful getting ur money back is a lie

If I could leave no stars I would. In the beginning everything was great with the free website. I decided to get the lifetime plan so I paid $149. The killing part You still have to pay to “upgrade” to have certain features, I thought this was an upgrade getting the free site. I thought I would have more with the lifetime offer, it didn’t meet my needs so I canceled it. I had been emailing them about 1 well before I got a response about canceling. Finally, Izabella emails me back I explain I want to cancel the service which is advertised as if you cancel no questions will be asked, in fact she asked why I want to cancel. Finally, I cancel the lifetime plan and my entire website was gone. I email Izabella, asking why was my entire website gone, there were no changes made to my free website when I purchased the lifetime plan. I was told in order for me to have a website I have to have a paid account. Which isn’t accurate they advertise a free operable website, which is what I had in the beginning. I lost my whole website and content that I added.

They promised my site would be up and running in 3 days or less and it's been 5/6 days already and I keep getting the run around so I request refund and again I have to "wait" to hear back from someone in "their" financial department. I am so disappointed with this company I can't express it. I will never "try" and use them again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone that needs a site built.

SCAM They wheel you in with £50 offer and ask for your business webisite (if any) and they simply copy and paste it, they dont fix spelling errors they dont fix paragraphs. LAZY, MESS, SLOPPY When you try to contact them for a refund they all of a sudden ignore all your emails and when you call the lines are constantly engaged. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had an absolutely horrific experience! I signed up over a week ago. Before I signed up, I spoke on live chat with someone and asked if it would be okay for me to add in my details several days later as it said that they would create your site within 3days. I was assured that would be okay. However, once I paid, it prompted me to enter in details that I didnt have. I half answered some questions or entered "I need more time" until I got to the end of it. I reached out again to see if the team was notified that I would need more time and I was assured again that the team was notified and to ignore the countdown. Well, several days later I went to enter in all my details but it wouldnt let me as it said it was still being created in some places but in others and in email it said that it was live. I checked and it was live with my personal email and content that the team must of just made up. I ofcourse could not speak to anyone and couldnt even connect to live chat. I sent out help tickets and emails, pretty upset, with no reply until the next day. The next day I receive one email saying it was taken down and it was because I checked. However, as I was trying to straighten things out on their live chat, I receive a email from someone saying that it actually wasn't live... So basically calling me a liar or what I saw wasnt real... Then they finally connect me to have the 1:1 call to resolve this issue. I send all the details that I want on my site to the person directly who I was sent details to as well as to the support and help emails that they have... The next day the person who calls me is not the person I was sent information too, they didnt have any of my information and said they would have to reschedule the meeting. They start building it again and I check on it today and it is live again and with content/details about me and my business that I did not provide to them... I finally ask to cancel and a refund as this was a horrific experience and I never received the service that they were to provide. Get this, the lady Lola on live chat said that she can not help me with a refund and that their billing department will email me directly and she sent me directions on how to cancel my subscription.. Minutes ago Lola emails me directly and said this... "Hi Emily, Thanks for taking the time to fill your cancellation request. Lola here again, we've been chatting on Live Chat. ​I'm writing to let you know that we can refund you for the subscription paid regarding the Life Time Deal, however we can't refund you on the Plus Plan. I'll be waiting for your reply. And I'm sorry to see you go so soon. Wish you a beautiful weekend, Lola Customer Support Agent " Are you kidding me??? I would never recommend this to anyone. I lost valuable time and money.

I use to love UENI Paul Wiant consulting is my business client look under consulting in my area and we are not in any of the Google pop ups or Notary or Security I feel like you pay for a service and all you get is msgs from customer service members telling you how to do this and do that I feel like we are paying for a service and not getting it we are extremely unhappy real client Paul Wiant Consulting.

UENI have stolen money from my account... Said they sent a renewal but never did took a full year subscription. Even though I wasn't due for renewal for another month.. Absolute disgrace. Says they will grow your company ha.... How exactly? Website very poorly put together and and you get is a very basicly put together website. And have even ad analytics for your website so you get humped for advertising Waste of time. Go to squarespace.

Just dislike the companies attitude and its website building is more like Duplo than Lego. The chat team is amazing but followed up by awful customer service. I was so excited to work with Ueni, that I purchased the reputation plan for a year; on offer, of course. The journey you will take is as follows: Sign up, Pick a plan and then answer some questions? sounds simple enough. First question being; what type of website are you looking for? A. local business, B. E-commerce online store, C. Information (non-profit, religion, education, hobby, ext.) D. Blog, E. Portfolio. Now I chose D. because I wanted a blog and I bet you can guess what happens? They take £250 and then turn around and say they do not provide a Blog but there is a workaround? A troublesome workaround I might add. To say the least I chose to cancel. I expected a partial refund, it was a year upfront so I was more than entitled to something and I thought Services were not provided and I was amicable. I enjoyed the chat service and my partner had just become a qualified nail tech so I intended on making another Ueni account which I informed them (but they cannot change domain names for my partner). Then came the Greed - it is a distasteful Sin and when people display it, its off putting. I will not now be opening my partners website through Ueni, I would use the better equipped WordPress and honestly it would be cheaper to pay a website designer to build your website on WordPress than it would be to pay Ueni to give you boring; limited to four which includes the free ones, but classified as premium Templates that lack any kind of uniqueness. The feel was unprofessional due it being app-ish and its use of only one scrolling page. They describe themselves as based in the UK but the websites themselves have this - Made in China - kind of vibe, with you ultimately just being a knockoff of other websites using the same limited four templates. You could probably find these websites being sold on Wish! Overall they are cheap, tacky and just trying to take advantage of hard working small businesses who want to create a small online presence and bloggers who unexpectedly get caught in there web(sites). My local takeaways have better websites. Honestly, writing this review has made me realise how trash there service is - just like in the book 'Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell' - these people are ingeniously taking advantage of the current times and I applaud what they have tried to create but ultimately believe that they did it with the wrong intentions - they want a quick fix and a fast pay and need to learn a thing or two from Jeff Bezos' customer service approach. The response I got for my refund request was of cause denied on the grounds that there is a workaround for a blog? (which means they are providing the service I want - in there eyes.) I do not know about you but the term workaround to me, sounds like - Cowboy Builder, Bodge Job, Jack of all Trades - kind of mentality which I want no part of, it is not professional and is most defiantly not someone I would want to partner with. Either way they have a miraculous 4.4* on trust pilot, mostly from people going - "im so excited to have my first website". amongst other useless 5* reviews which do not provide an accurate account of the services they provide. Honestly - if you have a small business, you could do better. Ueni; in my opinion, would be perfect for stay at home mums or dads than run businesses from home and need a quick cheap site to sell there knitted products or carpentry projects. It is not suitable for a shop owned business. My review has been a little bit scathing but accurate. I even contacted Ueni and asked for a copy of there formal complaint procedure which the reply was reminiscent of homer Simpson - DUh? Im pretty sure they are so deep in LaLa land that they have no procedure for filing complaints, let alone take them seriously because they do not have a procedure. Ueni is like a lot of online companies that provide online services, but act like online services are non refundable and not covered by the consumer rights act which they are and just strike people down that enquire for a refund. I have had this with PlayStation and many others and I can assure you, they cannot act with impunity and snobbery. If they do not provide a service, are disingenuous and mis-selling then complain. if nothing happens then go to your local Ombudsmen who will impartially and independently investigate for you. If you made it this far, I applaud you and beg you; just do not do it. Ueni is more like Meni (Me-en-I) because they only think of themselves. Thanks for reading and have a wonderful day with your new WordPress account that I will gratefully take credit for! I have provided two pictures; both from the same email. Now the first one states - 'We are constantly adding new features within our services. Adding a blog is definitely in the works, and even still we have an improvised solution, (I refer to this as a workaround). The next picture states - A blog functionality was never explicitly communicated to you as an exclusive feature available on our paid plans. Following these two photos is a video - it will explicitly show you how fast Ueni will give you the option of a blog. Now please excuse my lisp, sizzling along as I talk. The very first question asks you if you want a Blog, yet they do not provide one? Instead they do not want to miss out on lost revenue as a third of the internet is filled with blogs, (which are small businesses.) When you click D. blog; it does not warn you that they do not make professional blogs and that they have an improvised solution or that what im effectively waiting for is this future blog that they plan on making at some future unknown point in time, again, as stated in there emails. They openly admit they do not make blogs 'yet' and I have provided the evidence they allow you to build a website on the premise that they do - this is mis-selling of service and they have now chosen to ignore my replies. This is just my experience, there refund policy is much like a schools zero tolerance on bulling, its there in name only. I got burnt, so, this is me burning you Ueni. Pretty sure an accurate, evidence based review does not do you any favours, Im sure you will reply someplace with some corporate mumbo jumbo but remember, I have video, I have pictures and most of all you do not explicitly say on your website - We don't do blogs or we supply improvised blogs because you would go bankrupt! Here is a suggestion from my son; go buy the book Coding for Kids by Mike Mcgrath, its for ages 8+ and might entice you to offer more than one page and four templates with bogus reviewers spread across.
