To tell the truth I didn't believe the price deal but have to say that my experience has ben on the whole very positive and can certainly confirm that EUNI do exactly what they offer. The Delivery Call on Zoom was excellent and took me through what I needed to know so that I can fine tune my new website. The only small improvement I can suggest is to lower the Delivery Call reminders as these are too many and became a little tiresome. If someone has paid to receive a call to see their new website then they will be there on time and waiting to see their new website. Overall though and excellent offer.

Hal has been amazing, because of this assistant I am now convinced this is the right platform for me. Assistant was quick and easy with all replies, no beating around the bush. I just can't believe its for £65!

The Support is OUTSTANDING! they do miss the point on how to sell you the package that works for you. Like I sell digital music and a sales person said they can send those per order. That was not true. But, Support is awesome and they do build a very nice looking site. But fall short on delivering promises. I missed out on advertising as I was told to wait. It must be used in first 14 days of site up. And they will hit you with site redesign so the 14 days goes right on by. And then there are the point of sale promises that change when they change their operations and you get not the package and options you paid for. But what, the system has updated to. and those poor support folks have to sort it out for you

My experience with setting up my website has been flawless. I personally loved how they did their research into what I do and applied it to how they created my website. And during the scheduled call Dani was patient, gave additional ideas, even for starting my blog! Thank you

I called at a high phone volume time , so decided to use the chat feature UENI provides. Lola ,my chat person was very helpful. The managers were able to help and my issue was resolved. This chat option is amazing. If you are hesitant about this option, just give it a try.

I want my money back it took a week or so to create the siye and then upon receiving it,it was trash pictures were horrible any time I tried to change to my liking it didn't work and I never could get any it assistance on the phone canceled and called my bank now their disputing the charge please be careful getting ur money back is a lie

If I could leave no stars I would. In the beginning everything was great with the free website. I decided to get the lifetime plan so I paid $149. The killing part You still have to pay to “upgrade” to have certain features, I thought this was an upgrade getting the free site. I thought I would have more with the lifetime offer, it didn’t meet my needs so I canceled it. I had been emailing them about 1 well before I got a response about canceling. Finally, Izabella emails me back I explain I want to cancel the service which is advertised as if you cancel no questions will be asked, in fact she asked why I want to cancel. Finally, I cancel the lifetime plan and my entire website was gone. I email Izabella, asking why was my entire website gone, there were no changes made to my free website when I purchased the lifetime plan. I was told in order for me to have a website I have to have a paid account. Which isn’t accurate they advertise a free operable website, which is what I had in the beginning. I lost my whole website and content that I added.
