“The free website is actually quite good. However, my main concern is very poor customer service and very slow response to queries. I asked a question a couple of weeks ago and it took them a week to reply. It is making me hesitate paying for a plan. Overall, there is not a professional approach to customer care.”

“I really like how sleek and professional the site looks even on the free basic package. Editing the site i wish you could add links to 3rd party websites but seems you can't. UENI are really bringing new upgrades all the time these past few months which is super. Give them a try, check how easy it is start on basic account to test then upgrade.”

“Absolutely no support, customer service seems non existent. My site was published without my permission and I hate the images and content has nothing to do with my business or brand. I would like the site and my information take offline.”

“ueni customer service is totally useless I have been wailing since 7/2/20 to sort out my GMB acc as I have told you I have my own GMB that needs linking to my website. It is simple to do just ask me for joint joint ownership of my GMB. But all I get is some one will be in touch with you soon if I new now how bad ueni is i would have gone with wix”

“Easy to set up, payment options are great and the GUI is intuitive and easy to use. If you need a website to set up quickly ueni should be your first and only place to go.”
