“Having been let down by another retailer I did a last minute Xmas order at direct beautique. Not only were they much cheaper it arrived quickly and in time for Xmas. Would recommend them.”

“No item arrived. Been told constantly they won't help me. All they keep saying is blame royal mail. Royal. Mail don't have my money. They do. I have nothing to show for it. Do not expect any customer service or help. All they will do is say royal mail continuously. Worst company I have ever dealt with personally”

“I was waiting for about 12 days for my order. Finally, it arrived. Poor customer service. They don´t answer the e-mails and don´t send any information if the parcel was dispatched, nor a tracking link. I sent them an e-mail that I wanted to cancel my order, because it was too long waiting for me and nobody answered!!”
