“I tried many sites to buy a gift for my wife but hardly any stocked the item or were really expensive not only did Direct Beautique have my item the price was almost half of other sites. THE deliver was also quick and free if this all sounds too good to be true. Give them a try. It won't be my last purchase ????????????????????”

“I take my previous review back. I have just received the order after the first attempt must have got lost in the post.this one was Royal Mail signed foat no extra cost. I wish I had been emailed to tell me a replacement had been sent but I guess this time of year is really busy”

“I have just received my order and it's been 2 weeks. I phoned two days ago and was told they would contact Royal Mail tracking to find my parcel or if lost then send a replacement. They said they would email that afternoon to let me know what was happening. I did not get email And now the phone is going straight to voicemail. However the hoods just came via Roydl Mail tracked at no extra cost this morning. So that makes clear me much happier !”
