“My 5ml bottle of perfume arrived broken around the rim, leaving sharp shard of glass right where you put your finger to get the perfume out. I emailed with photos to ask how to get a replacement and I still have no response after 10 days. I won't be using this company again.”

“I ordered a revlon colorsilk colour, I had confirmation that the colour had been dispatched and then on the day it was meant to arrive I received a refund. Apparently the colour was never in stock in the first place. I had to quickly find a replacement colour in time for my brother's wedding. I won't use this company again”

“We ordered YSL Kourkos 100ml EAu De Toilette on the 15 th July 2018 and we didn't receive it yet. I am very disappointed because l bought it to give as a present and l had to buy something else. I hope l will receive it soon.”
