“My wife had been searching for some time for her favourite nail polish. She eventually discovered it on E-Bay, being supplied by Direct Beautique. The product arrived promptly, making her a very happy lady. Regards, Graham”

“The body lotion I received was not the item pictured in the ad. The one shown has sparkle,which is no longer available to buy in shops,that's why i ordered it. .I would have liked to return it but didn't want the bother. Although I sent a message explaining this, I got no response. I hoped to get an offer of them sending me the correct product.”

“Disappointed customer. Order accepted and stated as dispatched. When it had not arrived after a week I called the number which went to a full inbox, so I had to send an email. This was not responded to either, but did get an email saying my order would (and has since been refunded) but no explanation was given. I would not use this company again”
