“Item ordered as a birthday gift. Supposedly despatched next day. Not delivered over week later. Contacted company no reply. Noticed refund in my bank 2 weeks later that they hadn’t even told me about so that I can order gift elsewhere even though birthday has now been! No customer service or communication at all. Myself or my family will not be using this company in the future.”
