“This perfume is a very welcome blast from my past. I was mortified when I learned that Yardley were to stop making White Satin, so I bought up the last few bottles I could find, only to have them stolen from me. It has taken me about 10 years to discover that this perfume is still very much available, if under a different brand. I am so pleased to be able to purchase this again. I would like to give Taylors of London five stars for excellence, in every aspect.”

“Finally after waiting since January. After emailing more than twice my package arrived after telling me this one was a replacement from the first one sent. Thanks received it today. But have no confidence in buying again”

“I made a purchase over a month ago I have not received my Decleor face cream, I emailed you to advice that my order has not arrived and you have not even bothered to email me back to explain what has happened I paid over $100 for this order so I not happy I have not received my order. I have heard back from dirtectbeautique it has taken two months and five emails, they informed me that they don't ship to Australia that is why I didn't receive my order. But they have taken $110.00 out of my Visa when they knew they were not going to send my order. Now they won't refund my $110.00, money they should never have taken in the first place. What they have done is against the law.”
