“I was impressed on the occasions I have phoned up - the staff have been helpful and knowledgeable. My container was in a new condition and I feel that the site is secure. Very pleased with the fact that you do not have to give notice to give up the container and that a refund will be given for any unused days.”

“Access is great, 24/7. I've had 2 storage units, a large one to start with and now a smaller one, both have been completely dry and secure. Everything you need for your storage!”

“The container unit itself is fine. It is secure , dry and easy enough to lock and unlock. It having been moved to Birtley from Stanley, there is now the additional security of automated gates. The gentleman who met me at the new site and handed me my gate fob was very helpful indeed. The only negative ( which also applied at the previous Stanley site )is the scruffy condition of the ground around the units, with broken glass and nails representing a risk to vehicle tyres”

“we originally rented a storage unit for a short term solution, which has turned into long term. the whole process was easy, the staff at U hold the key have always been very helpful. They showed me how to open and lock the unit and nothing has ever been a problem . i would definately recommend U hold the key to anyone who needs some storage space”
