“Ordered 4 Rotalla RU01 tyres, these were to be fitted at Just Tyres Harrogate, wasn't very happy when the fitters informed me that my tpms valves weren't properly functional. ( they were ) They tried to sell me some high priced replacements which I declined. Then on getting home and having a look round the tyres I found three were Rotalla and one was an entirely different make ! I'm not one to complain or leave a bad review normally and in fairness the price of tyres from Tyre Savings are very good.”

“Don’t get my tires fitted as I was emailed to say that they could no longer do the appointment on the day I had booked in so I ended up cancelling my appointment due to urgency. The person I was emailing did seem polite. However, the guy from the garage I was booked in with was abrupt and borderline rude.”

“The actual ordering process was very easy to navigate and seamless checkout. The fitment centre however refused to fit 1 tyre when I ordered 2 saying that the current tyre is not run flat. I was trying to get all tyres run flat as there is no spare. Very frustrating.”

“With a poor start to ordering tyres, non in stock, the company pulled out all the stops to get a delivery from their other wearhouse ready for me the next day. Fitting the tyres was done by Stockbridge tyres in Keighley, who were quick and friendly.”

“In the end the result was good.. however, on arrival the fitting garage were not aware of my booking..and had to find time to do the fitting. I tried contacting the helpline and I still await the return call”

“When I turned up to have 2 tyres changed the tyre provider did not have me booked in and was not able to do the work for 3 hours, so I rebooked, went home, and came back 3 hours later at which point everything went well.”

“The tyre that I originally selected from the website, turned out to be unavailable, then on two occaisions when I turned up for the fitting at Formula One Autocentres there was a problem with this booking so I had to go away and come back. The system didn't appear to work very well in this regard, however Mickey was extremely helpful in getting these issues resolved.”

“Tyre purchase was faultless, fitting, unfortunately, not quite so. Got to tyre fitters at my allocated time for my fitting to be told they were running late. While waiting for my fitting the tyre place was turning customers away as they were so behind. One gentleman turned up with a punctured tyre and was advised to go elsewhere as it would be 3 to 4 hrs before they could help him. I waited just over an hour to have 1 tyre fitted. Unfortunately, there are no fitters for this company in my town (Wellingborough) anymore for some reason, so I had to travel 10 miles for fitting.”

“I found the tyres I wanted, at a fair price, to be fitted at a convenient local agent, and ordered two. I was told by Tyre Savings the next day that the tyres were not available and my order was cancelled. There was nothing else comparable to order from Tyre Savings but I was satisfied elsewhere. The Tyre Savings website was amended to remove the tyres I had wanted, and others too. Why was it not up-to-date in the first place - a waste of time for all concerned? I suggest potential purchasers exercise caution before ordering.”

“Overall decent service. Garage I took the vehicle to weren’t very polite/helpul (not tyre savings fault). Had delay in tyres so had to order different ones then the first ordered tyres turned up very confusing. Attempted to contact tyre savings by phone no answer then tried email took approx 2/3 days for a reply which didn’t really help.”

“Unable to contact tyre saving by phone and this is not the first time. They get you to leave a message which is never responded too, bad customer service. Tyre company could not find the email from tyre saving and it took another 5 minutes of embarrassment waiting to see if the tyre company would except the price of which they did.”
