“Excellent service, found the tyres I wanted, plenty to choose from at a very good price. Ordered the tyres choosing a tyre fitting company and time to suit me, turned up this morning, got the tyres fitted, job done.”

“trying to sell me other services which I didn't want and you already didn't order online. trying to convince me to buy more expensive tyres and also to fit two tyres it took them about one hour even though I was the only customer and no one was there and there were two person working together, i gues they were doing training with out letting me know or asking if it is ok if it take a bit longer.”

“After booking in for 2 new tyres I was given a time slot then told they could not do it. This happened twice not very pleased with the service.”

“Tyresavings part of the process was very good. The fitters, Formula 1, were less satisfactory. Twice they weren't able to fit the tyres at the scheduled time even though the tyres had been delivered on time, so I needed three appointments and two trips before I was able to get the tyres fitted.”

“I personally had a very bad experience. I ordered 4 pirrelli tyres. The garage was booked and you emailed me a couple of days later, which read. Sorry, we don't have these tyres in stock. Would you like to pick some different ones. Maybe if you had of told me how long it would take to get them in, I would still be a customer. But you sadly didn't give me that option, so I'm no longer a customer.”

“Booked in on Friday for the following Tuesday. Received an e mail Friday afternoon saying that there were no tyres available until the following morning after 8.30. Responded saying it was fine but make it as early as possible as I was working. On Monday I received another e mail informing me the earliest I could get the work done was Tuesday 28th which was no good as I'd booked the mot for that day I therefore cancelled the work and received an email confirmation so asking me how your service was would suggest it's all automated and wasn't followed up very well. I have booked in with another company who will hopefully carry out the work as agreed”

“First time I ordered tyres everything was ok, but then I received an email saying, not in stock. Eventually, I chose different tyres and everything went to plan, the second time I ordered a similar thing happened. I emailed Sophie to ask about a different type, however, I didn't even get a reply, so I used another company, very frustrating and disappointing. I must say that having tyres fitted at formula one was excellent.”
