“Absolutely rubbish, when I went to Formula One Autocentres 219 Liverpool Road NEWCASTLE ST5 9HW, Fitting Time Sat 23rd September 2023 at 2:30 pm, I was told it wasn’t possible to do it and was asked to come later or leave my vehicle there which is not what was offered to me by Tyre Savings. They said tyre saving had booked the slot without their knowledge and the time slot wasn’t available. I had to return without nee tyres and instead used Tyre Shopper who were actually cheaper and brilliant and did what they offered. I am never using tyre saving again and I will not recommend it to anyone either.”

“Very poor. I arrived at the planned time slot early on a Sat morning to be told by the fitters they rejected the booking to TyreSaving. The re arrange to go back on the Tuesday at 10 AM. I arrived at 9:30am on Tuesday to be told they cannot fit them on that day either. I have now booked through a seperate company.”

“Excellent pricing and good availability of appointments to supply and fit four Goodyear “hard to find” sizes compared to all other sites checked. The tyre fitting was fast, done by efficient and courteous staff. What let Tyre Savings down a notch was there was no reply to an email to confirm the tyres had been sourced and delivered and when calling the phone number it gave a bad impression when an answerphone said it couldn’t take any more messages. It sure if I was supposed to also get brand new valves as they looked weathered from use but the wheels are properly balanced and the car now rides really nicely.”

“Tyre Savings 100% good. However, the tyre service didn’t happen. Firstly, they’d lost my booking then sent me a email confirming my booking at 1156hours then stated that the wheel nuts had been tightened up too tight on previous occasion and snapped one off in the process of trying to loosen. Informed me that that was all they could do and I left with one wheel having 3 wheel nuts. Really not impressed or what to do next.”

“Ordering my new tyres was so easy on the website and plenty of slots were available at a range of fitters. The tyres were available at my appointed time and were fitted quickly and professionally by Performance Tyres in Leeds.”

“Easy enough to book, got turned away from appointment, told tyres did not arrive. Called customer service after leaving tyre centre embarrased to be told they did have the tyre's and they had proof of delivery, never got a call back from tyresavings with an update as told by operator but tyre centre suddenly did have tyres and called me back after calling operator. Stressful”
